My husband and I came here for my birthday in March - the beach was absolutely beautiful, but we were genuinely unimpressed with the resort itself. We arrived approximately 3 hours before the official check-in time and we had to wait 4.5 hours to actually check-in. During our wait, we were not given a tour of any sort and nobody came by to update us at all. I was constantly checking in and everyone at the front desk kept brushing me off. During our stay, our concierge seemed busy the whole time. It was noticeable that he was being pulled into a million directions at once and couldn't give anybody his undivided attention. The food was mediocre at best - unseasoned and so bland it was hard to eat for the five days we were there. There was absolutely nothing special about the drinks and more often than not, the bartenders had an attitude and acted as though they'd rather be anywhere else. We ended up calling it a night early one of the nights there and were abruptly woken up by someone ringing the doorbell incessantly. Somebody actually ended up walking into our room while we were in bed. With all of this being said, we were thrilled to go back home. Which is not something I was expecting at all. This resort seemed extremely unorganized - we will definitely not be returning and we won't be recommending this place to anybody.

Our butler Paco was AMAZING! Food was really good. While we missed most of the daily/nightly events at the resort due to excursions we booked, they looked amazing. Loved every part of our stay. Will be coming back!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay! The resort was quiet for the most part, but still had activities to participate in during the days and nights. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The Italian restaurant was ultimately our favorite, but the hibachi and Mar House were very good options too. We would definitely go back and stay again.

We had the best time! The resort is immaculate and well maintained. The food was great especially the hibachi and cheese wheel pasta. There were plenty of activities throughout the day and awesome themed nights especially the white party with the fire dancers, silent disco and Michael Jackson tribute. The service was top notch - Jorge and Ricardo with amazing service at hibachi Salvatore and Esther with attentive service at the pool Activities team Eduardo with an aqua aerobic session and ping pong with my son and Jackie with a Spanish lesson Mora was always there with a morning mimosa…..or 2! Joy and Sebastian were FANTASTIC!!! They were super knowledgeable about my son’s Celiac. They went out of their way at every meal to make sure my son was happy! We can’t thank you enough. You really made this week easy. Those churros, though, put a smile on my son’s face. Thank you!!!

We just returned from an 8-night stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres—an amazing experience. I’ve stayed at Excellence Playa Mujeres and Finest multiple times, and Majestic absolutely holds its own. The resort is about 2/3 adults-only; we booked the Elegance Club and loved the peaceful, upscale vibe—comparable to the Excellence Club experience. Our plunge pool suite was beautiful and well-maintained. The beach is wide and clean, with great service. The main pools are stunning, and adults-only areas felt truly relaxing. Food was excellent across the board. Our favorite spot was Mar House for beachfront seafood. Dom Jaume had great steak, and Gabrielle made a custom Mayan coffee—definitely ask for it. We also enjoyed a floating breakfast delivered to our plunge pool. Drinks were top-shelf with fantastic pool and beach service—look for Isai at the adults-only section. Oliver from the entertainment team was a standout—fun, friendly, and engaging. Mauricio, our butler, made everything seamless, and Salvator at the spa was excellent. If you’re considering it, go for the Elegance Club plunge pool or swim-out suite. The service, food, drinks, and overall quality were top-notch. We’ll be back!

Love Majestic Elegance! This is our second time and definitely will be coming back again. Everyone is extremely friendly! The food is some of the best resort food we've ever had in Mexico, and the beach is nice. Also, very clean with great room options. Highly recommend! And to do the 'Club' thats a must and makes the experience.

I cant recommend this place enough. We were a little skeptical because all of our stays before were st The Finest. But Majestic Costas Mujeres is TOP TIER!!!!!! We got a Swim Up Suite with Jacuzzi on the Elegance side. It was amazing, we used the Swim Up every day. We were on the 4000 block side of the buliding and it was not busy at all (as far as people being in the pool part by the swim up). I cant speak on the 2000 or the 3000 block of the building as that is closer to the adult pool. But even at the 4000 block you're only a short walk to that side of the building. Room was amazing, butler was included, Eduardo helped us with whatever we needed. He made the trip/room that more enjoyable as we didnt know something like that was included! There's a beach (a little seaweedy, but who cares.... another short walk from our room)...tons of cabanas and plenty of beach bartenders to get you whatever drink of your choice is needed. Also the service in general at Majestic Costa Mujeres was AMAZING, everyone is so nice and welcoming. There's 7 food options to choose from. But Mar House, the French restaurant, and the Italian restaurant are the cream of the crop imo. Lastly you dont have tonworry about being bored, as they have something planeed every hour from sun up to sun down (if you'd like to attend the events. From foam parties in the pool, to Michael Jackson and Queen shows. To a Wrestling show (ring included) or a huge Mexican party or White party. Its amazing
