"Luxurious Experience. Best Staff Ever."
I recently stayed at Zoetry Villa Rolandi for 7 days during my honeymoon. The resort was perfect. What made this experience so wonderful was the amazing service from everyone who was working there. The front desk, the activity coordinator, the server on the beach, the room service staff, the housekeeping staff. ALL of them were exceptional. The island of Isla Mujeres is definitely a place that people should visit who want a laid-back Caribbean vibe without the huge high rises of Cancun. Villa Rolandi was the icing on the cake. The staff there were incredibly kind people who also were helpful and running an A+ establishment. Jose and Kevin at the front desk were great when it came to directing us, helping us find things and anything else we threw at them. They helped with every aspect. Ricardo who led our bicycle tour and our Spanish lesson was an exceptional spirit, knowledgeable guide and now a new friend of my ours. Alejandro who served us on the beach and at the pool was so polite and friendly. He worked his tail off and with a smile. He made excellent food recommendations and knew us by our first names and knew what we liked to drink after the first day. I cannot say enough pleasant things about this resort. It was beautiful. The staff there is what makes this place exceptional.

Isla Mujeres Palace Couples Only All Inclusive Resort

"Small all inclusive resort with great staff"
We very much liked the small hotel feel of this resort. With less than 70 rooms it is big enough to have a great pool, restaurant and bar, but small enough so the staff gets to know you and you feel at home rather than at a huge resort. The beach is small but very comfortable and never crowded. There is only one main restaurant, but an outdoor wood oven by the pool makes great pizza and they will bring you tacos, shrimp and fish ceviche, or anything you need at the pool or the beach. The bar is nice with large TV's for watching sports. NCAA football playoffs were on when we where there. The wait staff makes sure you have drinks and food whenever and wherever you are. The room was big and the huge spa tub was really nice. The private dinner on the beach we booked with resort credits (steak and lobster) was a treat and overall the food at the resort exceeded my expectations.

"Cozy, quaint, hotel on the Caribbean side "
Wonderful hotel, excellent room. The trade winds, the sounds of the waves crashing against the rocks, and excellent service made the experience lovely. We stayed in the Abundance room and loved it. We visited during Christmas and the other side of the island was too hot, whereas this side of the island was exquisite with the constant breeze.

Hotel Kinich

"Very nice, recently remodeled, convenient location"
The hotel is very nice, convenient location, reasonably quiet and priced. Hotel was recently remodeled. Walking distance to 2 beautiful beaches incl. Playa Norte. One block from main street with restaurants, gift shops, caffeterias, 5 min walk from central plaza and Marine terminal. There are 2 things that should be addressed: 1. WiFi does NOT work in the room, only in common areas. There is a sofa on each floor and lobby with good signal. But no chance for having wifi signal in the room. 2. No English cable channels except Cartoon Netw. I know, it's a vacation, you should spend as much time outside exploring the island and not staring at CNN or HBO, but would not hurt to have a few English movie and news channels available. Otherwise, nice hotel worth every penny even for family with kids, strongly recommended.

"Beautiful, charming hotel right on the water"
We had one night at Maria's Kan-Kin; we booked the room with the romantic view. Our private balcony with hammock was just a few steps from the water and was seriously so dreamy. The boutique hotel is charming and quaint (I think it has only 10 rooms?) and exactly what we were looking for on our stay. Stray huts to lay under, palm trees with coconuts, white sand and beautiful blue water all on the hotel's private beach (exactly what we were hoping to see on Isla Mujeres). We didn't want to stay at a commercialized resort, and this was the perfect alternative. The only downside was the comfort of the bed, but it wasn't bad. The staff was so sweet, and the small restaurant hit the spot for late dinner when we arrived and breakfast the next day. All in all, SO pleased with the value and views. I'd definitely recommend this place to a friend, and will probably be back someday soon!!!

Isla Mujeres is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Isla Mujeres, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Isla Mujeres hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
