Staff and events were great. The upsell check-in process was a big reason I wont be back, along with food and noise. After a 13 hour travel day, we just wanted to get to our room. They pitch you an upgrade, with an hour presentation. A couple we spoke with in the hot tub said it was 4 hours, not an hour. The door in my room had gaps on all sides so all you heard were mopeds exhaust and brakes from the city buses. Food was VERY lacking. Romanza was the only decent place. They don't tell you, but restaurants close on particular nights.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Temptation Cancun Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and the energy was incredible. The pool scene and themed parties were a blast, but we also appreciated having space to relax when we wanted to unwind. The food and drinks exceeded our expectations, and every restaurant we tried was great. The atmosphere was fun, positive, and perfect for couples looking to let loose and enjoy themselves. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the service throughout the resort was excellent. We had an unforgettable time and would definitely go back!

We arrived and requested our Expedia VIP upgraded room if available. They upgraded us to a 3rd story room on the quiet pool side but thermostat, internet, and TV didn’t work. We moved rooms to a room with 2 double beds. Finally after wasting the entire first evening we were put in a tower room which was good finally. The taking of reservations for She was awkward as they told us to line up at 12 then when I showed up at 1115 and got in line at 1200 they said we were too late. They did finally accommodate us at She that night. Sadly the weather was cold all week too which I cannot blame the Temptation hotel on, but the vibe for us was off due to less sexy pool time. The food was mostly ok, except for Romanza which was outstanding both times we ate there. Carlos, the bell boy was fantastic…made the stay better. Overall…I am not sure if we will be back to this resort. I think we like Desire better.
