"Ok hotel that's in walking distance of museums. "
Room was very small, and the pillows were so big that you could wake up with neck cramps. The shower had hair in it along with hair in the sheets. Don't look at what's under the flat sheet because those stains are the things of nightmares. I do appreciate the updates in the room such as the floor and paint job. The room is a bit pricy for the condition and size, but if you're wanting to be in waking distance of attractions then this hotel is fine for that, as long as you can look past its negative features.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was excellent, all very polite and willing to help. They were very accommodating! It's in a nice location, the neighborhood is very pretty and you are close to many sites to see. The complimentary breakfast was awesome as well!
Thank you for being so great to us!

This bed and Breakfast is very close to the Mall in a safe part of Washington D.C. The room was as advertised. The building has a lot of character and is in very nice condition. It advertises a continental breakfast, but this is very minimal. While there was bread and muffins, they came with butter but no jam or honey. There was also little boxes of cereals, but I am not sure if the milk I used belonged to the B&B or a guest. I must admit I never saw a staff member in my two day stay (hence no staff rating). There is no parking (this has to do with the neighborhood, not the B&B), but then again there is not much need for a car if you do stay here and want to visit the Mall. The only signage is a small label on their mail box. Very discreet.
This is a nice place that just requires a little extra maintenance and I would recommend a little back up food if you can not get the breakfast you want. There are lots of restaurants and a convenience store within 800 yards, on Massachusetts Avenue..

I loved this place, the rooftop social area & pool was great. Located very close to Verizon Center (was there for the ACC Tournament), China Town, the Metro & other areas. Lots of great restaurants & shopping also in walking distance. No tv in bedroom & antenna in lieu of cable but I couldn't have picked a better place to stay!

Lawmakers handle the nation’s business at the US Capitol, where Freedom peers across the land atop her perch on the rotunda. Many members of Congress live in the brick row houses near the Capitol complex. Across the street, the Supreme Court—the third branch of government—interprets the law. Nearby, the restored Union Station is a transit terminal and dining hotspot.
