Hotel room was comfortable and clean. Free WiFi and coffee bar in each floor. I couldn’t connect with the tv chromecast to stream my shows that’s my only complaint. Staff was nice and courteous and the hotel location was convenient for touring the area. Would definitely recommend the hotel!

Swift, Convenient, and not a bit more!

Just needed a quick overnight before an early train out of Union Station and this place was perfect for that task. The check-in process is seamless and forward-thinking, with friendly staff nearby to help out if needed. My only qualm is that the bed is just not comfortable. Sure, its kind of cool that you can adjust the bed, but when you think about it, the feeling is no different than being in a hospital bed. Would still recommend this place as a perfect overnight spot for the non-fussy solo/business traveler.

Quick trip to DC

The hotel was beautiful. The front desk staff sucks. Not helpful at all. Not sure if the woman was new or just not trained properly to handle people and inquiries. She should already know that when she don’t know the answer she should escalate without me asking her to. Also the bathroom sink seemed to drain very slow. But due yo the staff I probably wouldn’t stay again they frustrated me.

Hotel was good. Check in was easy using the kiosks. Room was comfortable, but lighting was a nightmare. They have variable lighting controls, but the bathroom areas remained in complete darkness no matter what setting was selected. Shaving and showering n the dark detracted significantly from my stay

Nice clean hotel. Staff was friendly. Close to Capital building. Close to Union Station. Bus stop was 1/2 a block away. There were always taxis in the area. Restaurant was good service and food. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.
