"Nice hotel close to the Barcelona El Prat Airport"
Grateful to have a nice hotel near the Barcelona El Prat airport when you have an early departure. What we liked: beautiful lobby, large comfy room, pool (though it closes at 8 pm -- too early), free airport shuttle, and several eating options. What we did not like: hard bed (even with topper cushion), room stuck way at the end of a very long floor, and rough bath towels (only two provided).
Situated near the airport, this hotel is within 9 mi (15 km) of Fira Barcelona, Casa Batllo, and Palau de la Musica Catalana …More

Hotel is ok. Rooms are tiny but clean with comfortable beds. Staff are very nice but young. I don't think they are trained properly in customer service as they were very friendly and tried but didn't seem to really know how to provide service.
The first night I returned to my room and it sounded like the rooftop bar was in my room. The front desk said they would ask that the music be turned down. I offered to move hotels if they would refund my stay. They would not provide a refund and despite the hotel being totally sold out - they suddenly found me an upgraded quiet room.
After I moved rooms, with not even an offer of help from the hotel staff, they told me I could only stay in the new room for one night and had to move back to my original room the next morning!!
By this time it was 11:00pm. I again asked for a refund and said I would change hotels. After a brief exchange the hotel finally agreed I could stay in the new room both nights.
If you plan to stay - be sure to ask for a quiet room and consider an upgraded room.
Chic modern hotel located Barcelona's city center, 25 meters from Barcelona's Plaza De Catalunya and 50 meters from Las Ramblas.More
Perfect locoation, bus ride from air port and a short walk to what we said was the heart of Barcelona, has every think you need in La Rambla, hotel was very smart clean, shower a little small, breakfast at 16 euros I thought pricy, but was plentiful, all in all I would recommend

Pocket Guide: Barcelona Sarria-Sant Gervasi Hotels
A predominantly upmarket residential neighbourhood, Sarria-Sant Gervasi’s principal thoroughfare is the Diagonal, the city’s primary business and commercial district. The area is good for shopping with two branches of El Corte Inglés department store and L’Illa Diagonal mall. Neighbouring Gràcia (east) is best for a more local eating, drinking and shopping experience while and Pedralbes (north) is also well worth a visit.
