Nice hotel to stay in Barcelona outside the very busy touristy area. Only complaint would be that if you have a room facing the main street the noise level can be heard inside the room. Ask for a room facing away from the main street. Drinks at the bar are the same typical over priced compared to a normal bar outside of a hotel, so while decent beer, alcohol selection best to spend your money at a real Spanish Bar close by.
We didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on food.

Lovely hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. Main reception area undergoing renovation was the only slight flaw. Staff always polite and helpful, from extra pillows to help with tourist attractions. Would stay here again in a flash.

Barcelona have a city bus go around Barcelona, you can catch the bus by your hotel. This hotel is not at downtown, but we like it.
Football field only 5 minute walk. We can spent a good time at the world No 1 football field.
