I stayed at this hotel for six nights and I could have happily stayed longer. Upon arrival I was greeted pleasantly by a member of the team, informed about the breakfast timings, a brief overview of the area with local transport etc. During my stay I also turned 24 and at breakfast the following morning I was given a very thoughtful birthday note and a pot of homemade marmalade made by the hotel, which was completely unexpected and made me slightly teary. The breakfast was outstanding, and I would have happily paid for it considering the extensive options and product freshness.
The hotel was impeccably clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, outgoing and more than willing to help. The eco-friendly aspects of this hotel are simply brilliant, certainly one of the reasons I booked to stay here, they go above and beyond any other hotel in this area and I feel this definitely sets them apart from any other hotel in Vienna. I would have no hesitate in staying here again or recommending this hotel to anyone.
On a personal note, thank you so much for making my stay welcoming and for the birthday present. James JE, room 515.

Good Breakfast but terrible wifi. Room was clean and spacious. However they cheated me on taxi fare. The board showed 39 Euro but taxi driver charged 50. Calling the hotel proved useless as they said pay what the driver asks

"Clean, calm, easy access, good price… what else?"
I spent 10 days at hotel Lucia, while attending a scientific conference in Vienna. The hotel is easy to access from the airport and from everywhere in the city, with a metro stop very close (Johnstrasse) and a tramway. It takes less than 15 minutes (5 metro stops) to get Vienna downtown, including the walk time.
The neiborhood has several restaurants (chinese, austrian, arabic, italian, japanese, slovenian... and even McDonalds!) to choose from.
The hotel staff is nice, they speak english and are always ready to help you. The only "problem" I had is that one day they could not give me some ice cubes that I needed to calm an inflammation on my knee.

I stayed here 5 nights ,a lots of smokers ,even it's supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel.people smoke out of their windows.I had daily smoke in my room.I complained to front staff but was told it's legal to smoke outside.
At night guests use a side door to get in.A lots of them return with a lots of noise.I was awake every night by slamming doors and yelling guests ,no signs nowhere to be quiet.
They provide to 2 water bottles and 2 capsules of coffee, after that you 're on your own.I truly don't understand why they can't offer 2 capsules on a daily base ,they cost 39 cents a capsule.
Next door is one of the best bakeries in town.Across the street is a fantastic Vienna restaurant with all kinds of great foods.I ate here a few times and the staff is just great.h
