The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is located across the road from the U-Bahn station making travel to/from the airport and other parts of Vienna so simple and straightforward. There is a convenience store next door making it easy to grab any basics.

It was a very good experience. The train station was right in front of the hotel which gave us easy access to everything. The breakfast was great. Just go a bit early - like 8 because the line was super long after that that time. The staff was super nice too . Loved it.

Generally it was good. But avoid rooms with windows on the street - the noise is unbelievable if yoh like to sleep with the fresh air. The TV didn't work. The breakfast is good and tasty except the coffee which is of a poor quality. Very good location to visit downtown.

I had a great stay at Leonardo Hotel Vienna Schönbrunn. The location is very convenient, with a metro station right across the street, making it easy to reach the city center in just 5-6 stops. The hotel is clean, modern, and recently renovated, with stylish and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially with parking arrangements, which come at a reasonable fee. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Vienna, and I highly recommend it!
