Loved this elegant hotel! Very friendly helpful staff. Spotless room that was beyond spacious, it was huge with tall ceilings. Super close to public transportation so no car needed. The palace grounds right across the street are spectacular. The only critique is the tub shower is high off the floor and very sloped, so getting out of the shower seemed dangerous to me with hip issues. Seniors or mobility challenged people should be cautious or get a shower only option if that exists. Other than that, outstanding A+ property with outstanding value

El hotel es muy bonito. La habitación estaba limpia y era bien amplia al igual que el baño. Aunque quedaba un poco lejos del centro, tiene una estación de metro a una cuadra al igual que de tranvía. El desayuno buffet muy bueno y variado. El personal muy amable y cooperador. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! It was close enough to the city but also far enough away from the noise and busy city. Very close to the train station that easily connected us to all major attractions! I would definitely stay here again!!

VIP upgrade from Premium to Junior Suite was excellent. Very spacious suite with separate toilet The restaurant food (schnitzel) was very nice with a Hugo Spritz. Used the 25% discount given as VIP. Breakfast options plenty and well spaced. 5 min walk to Schonbrunn Palace grounds (not front gate) - property is enormous
