+ Overall hotel was very nice, clean, lovely views and peaceful retreat away from hub of city. Lovely pool area and staff were very welcoming.
Breakfast was nice and varied.
- Room not ready on arrival (1510), when we got to the room there was a pungent smell (drainage!). There was also a large crack in the patio door glass. after complaining we were given an alternative room, nice and clean (although the shower soap holder was broken). We had a complimentary lunch (I had to ask for this) and a bottle of Cava in the room later.
As a 5* hotel this was well below the expected standard and should have been managed better.

The hotel is located in Plaza Espagna and very convenuence to go to Fera Congress.
Also the view from the roof top bar and swimming pool floor was superb so we went a few tomes to enjoy drinks during the stay.
Room is spacious and clean and well organised but I personally would like to have coffee and tea facility in the room.
Hotel staff is relatively slow but I was really happy to have hospitality from Laura at the reception.
I would like to stay at this hotel again when I go back to Barcelona.

Spent 2 nights at the Urban Suites and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very good location - 10 minute walk from Plaça d'Espanya and 5 minute walk from Barcelona Sants train station.

The verdant hill of Montjuic has long been a place of recreation and achieved worldwide fame during the 1992 Olympics. Experience its breathtaking views by taking the cable car from the port and then a smaller cable car to the castle at the very top. The area is chock-a-block with historic and cultural treasures; don’t miss the Museu National de Arte de Catalunya (MNAC) or the Fundació Miró.
