The room was very clean and very large. There are signs of wear in and around the bathroom. The chair/ottoman was a bit wonky, needs some repair. There was lots of noise from the elevator and the heating system. The room was NOT overheated which is a great thing during a winter visit.The restaurant was closed so that was a disappointed on a very snowy evening. Staff were friendly and efficient. The beds were comfy so overall it was a good stay.

The staff was courteous, but I would say some of the bedsheets have some stains and wr didn’t have the chance to complain since we just noticed it in the morning — but overall it’s an easy fix and the staff and valet officers were nice and the place was nice.
