Current on going constriction outside the hotel on the sidewalk but overall not an issue. Best pillows northern feather. Had a sight issue controlling the room temp as it seemed to not go to the requested temperature. Overall good location close to major interests.

Great Value Property

The hotel was very clean with modern finishes. Check-in was very fast and my room was in good condition. The bar area was very nice and the terrace space was a nice touch. The only thing is I wish the AC were able to get cooler than 68 but I just like it freezing cold like the north pole when I go to sleep lol I would definitely recommend staying here as the location was very good as well. Corner store was across the street and close to tons of restaurants and shops.

had a wonderful experience at Hotel Monville. The design is sleek and modern, the rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the staff were warm, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and I loved the attention to detail in every part of the hotel. Would absolutely stay here again — highly recommended!

The hotel itself is absolutely fine. My complaints would be very minimal to most people but worth mentioning for those who may care. The communication is minimal, checking in was speedy but it certainly wasn’t a warm convo with information about the property or offers to help with anything. No one is saying hello to you as you come and go through the day by any means. The HVAC has minimal controls in-room, we found the room a bit stuffy and couldn’t get it as cool as we like for sleeping. There was no dinner room service available, I also couldn’t get the QR code instructions to load for room service for breakfast, despite having a full service resto downstairs, I ended up ordering from a nearby spot and had it delivered. The shower head dripped constantly at varying speeds. We had no success in trying to correct it ourselves and didn’t bother the desk staff with it as closing the door muffled the sound just fine. The space is beautiful, the location is handy. The street was almost entirely torn up but obviously that’s no fault of the hotel. Absolutely not a bad stay, but not rushing back either. I’d likely try another hotel in the area on my next visit.

The hotel is very clean and new. Very nice staff helped us navigate around the construction right outside the hotel (the only reason why we gave a lower review for the exterior-not the fault of the hotel). The room was extremely small and was not appropriately cleaned after the first nights stay.
