My daughter and I stayed 3 nights in a deluxe twin room. We both flew to Brisbane and got the airtrain to Roma St. The hotel was literally minutes from the station. The rooms were large with great views of the city. To our surprise the twin beds were both double bed size, and very comfy. We had a nice meal in the Nest restaurant our first night, and Southbank and the Mall are close enough to walk to for shopping, dining and cultural precinct. We would recommend hotel Jen.

A modern hotel in a great location with good rates. The bathroom and the dressing room are one unit that ones directly into the room is not very convenient or efficient. The absences of any drawers for clothes is also a problem.

We enjoyed being very central to CBD. Never stayed quite so high before but wasn't too frightening even although the full glass frontage was a little scary. Room was a bit smaller than I expected. Bathroom facilities were good. Having restaurant on 1st floor was handy, especially for breakfast. Laundry - would have been good to have soap powder available to purchase. Had to buy a 500gm box and had to leave behind. Staff very pleasant, however there was often times when one was busy with customer and the other on the phone. Thank you, hope to see you again soon.

Brisbane's streets make it difficult to figure out how to get into this hotel and it's parking, but once you're inside, the lovely old style rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel car park entrance is a bit awkward to get in and out of - a few twists and turns and multiple elevators, but it was easy enough to find your way through.
The staff were very accommodating, free newspaper of choice in the morning and lots of breakfast options. Room service was to die for - the late night room service was perfect for a late check in, and big call, but the fries were THE BEST I'VE EVER TASTED!! The room was large, very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Not much point to the view, but the curtains were fantastic - completely blocked out the morning sun for a sleep in.
Would stay here again if in Brisbane. It was a lovely short stay and I've already recommended it to others.
