The property is beautiful and the room very comfortable and clean. Staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. We had an issue with the bidet toilet leaking which the staff address quickly and had no other issues with our stay. Would love to visit again!

This property is unique to an ongoing seminar, which I attend a couple of times a year, it offers food/restaurant within, coffee and beverages, buffet breakfast, has been a fantastic meeting place for family. It's very close to the river and botanical park, which I thoroughly enjoy visiting when I come across from Victoria. It's very comfortable. The facilities are clean. And the swimming pool is very enjoyable. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel with lovely staff. Early mornkng arrival and they helped by looking after cases and sorting us out with tiwels for the pool etc. At one point, we got caught in terrible rain so they arranged for extra towels in the room etc. Bar staff were lovely to my child, there was always a surprise chocolate waiting for her!

Great location next to the Botanic gardens, the river and lots of restaurants. It's a bit dated but has a charm as a result. I'd stay again.
