We had an issue with our toilet they sent someone straight away to try fix. We were then upgraded and given free drink voucher. Great service and we really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Location was great also

The hotel is conveniently located to so much. Great reastaurants are a 6 minute walk away. The botanical garden is across the street and makes for a great afternoon walk and finding several hidden gems inside. The hotel staff was kind, welcoming, and professional. It was a lovely stay and would choose tonstay here again.
