Considering the cost per night, I would say this property is average compared to others in the area. Rooms were a great size, that’s the best part. Bathroom was not very clean and pillows were really hard & too thick. Check in took a very long time, not really sure why. Facilities look tired and so do the rooms. Not bad but I would stay somewhere else next time given the cost was high.

Check in was friendly and welcoming. Room was lovely and had awesome views. Beds were very very comfortable. Definitely worth a rebook. However, for the price I was disappointed the windows were dirty with child handprints and dribble. Lounge furniture was minimal, mismatched uncomfortable.

Property was relatively well priced for location. Room had a physical key, that needed to be locked when leaving the room. The internal lock didn't give confidence the door was actually locked. Assumed to be water noise throughout the night (like a drain pipe). If taking vehicle to the location, pick time wisely; while the city is generally busy, there is also a lot of construction eating into car spaces. Difficult to find a park to then enter the property and check in - to then drive your car into parking station.

Property was nice and clean, good walking distance to Queen Street, eateries, groceries, and public transport. One issue we had was the property called us a few days ahead to confirm the reservation. At this point we checked about hiring a cot. However, when we got there we asked about it and it’s like there was no note of our conversation ever existing, so they said they would send one up to our room. Hours later and still nothing, so we had to call reception, they said to come down from our room to reception to sort it out. Then only then they sent someone up to the room with the cot. TLDR: they should’ve had a cot ready when we checked in

Sky high views in a central CBD tower

Fabulous views and location from well appointed high level apartment. Stayed in the ‘Uptown’ levels with great outlook over the river. Only minus- Level 66 pool should have been a highlight- but was not heated and exposed to the elements- so promptly froze!
