The wall paper in the room, the colour of the door and the hallway carpet was really unique. It was bright and fun. Reception validating your parking ticket made that more affordable.

Bed super comfy Staff friendly Sidnt like paid $30 extra city view only to look out window and see air con Light in bathroom flickered Wifi instructions we re not correct and no internet in room from own provider. Let staff know on checkout and they were very apologetic. Parking was in another building. But was only a short walk. Would stay again based on convience

Laundry was out of service. Breakfast was well stocked. You can walk to everything. The Irish bar next door has a band until 1am that we could hear from room 606. Rooms are small. There is no closet. It has a little area where you can hang a few things.

On arrival the hotel smelt lovely & clean. The asian gentleman with glasses at front desk was so friendly & helpful 👌 Our room was clean & tidy maybe a small biscuit on arrival to have with a cup of tea would be perfect after a long travel. We had the best view on the 25th floor..thank you. We loved the restaurant it had so much character. Food & beverage staff was so helpful & friendly. Would be nice to have a mushmellows in my hot chocolate not sure why you didn't have any. Thank you for your service we will be returning.
