I made reservations with Expedia, when we got to the hotel they did not have our reservations.
We waited approx. 1 hour for our room, waited on Expedia to fax information to the hotel.
It was my understanding we were not the only ones with this problem.
Staff at check in was very friendly , even with our frustration with Expedia, and was very patient with us.

Overall good. Biggest problem was checking in . Check in Friday night at 11:00 pm and only 2 people working . I was fifth in line and it took exactly 22 minutes to get to counter to check in. As I was leaving a group of 40-50 people came up. Felt sorry for them.

We have stayed in the D in the past and were highly pleased. This time room service was terrible. Don't get me wrong when the room was cleaned we had no complaints it was just the frequency. We had no room service for three days at one point after complaining it was cleaned then no cleaning after another couple of days. So we complained again after which we had no problem. On the whole I would recommend the hotel which is located on Fremont Street so ask for a quiet room. Rooms are spacious, comfy and have a nice bathroom.
