The reception desk printed t our boarding passes for us the night before we left which was more than we'd expected. The employees were friendly and helpful whenever we asked a question. They all appeared to care that we had a wonderful stay at the Suncoast.. The rooms were large and were maintained by the housekeeping crew. We especially liked the double sinks in the vanity area. It was a very positive experience for us and we do hope to stay at the Suncoast in the future.

Nice hotel, good weekday rates. Room was nicely furnished, great view - some cons are slightly stained comforter and not enough bath towels for number of occupants. Pool area is nice but pool water was too cold even with the 90 degree outside temperature. Kids could not stay in the pool as long as they wanted.

"nice hotel north of Las Vegas near the Red Rock pa"
I liked the hotel and my room. Only problem is it is hard to get to since there is no road sign or hotel sign at the turn for the hotel which is tucked back in. Wasted a lot of time getting to it, even with computer directions. Once there it was nice. Gaudiest elevator ever, but it works.

We came to visit our daughter who is attending UNLV. On previous visits we had stayed on the Strip. Staying at the Cliffs was very peaceful and relaxing. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful and other guests were friendly and nice. There were a variety of guests and a number of families we met around the pool. The condo was spacious and well equipped and even though we had a car we chose to ride the shuttle to the Strip to avoid the hassle of driving.
We were there during a heat wave (over 110 degrees) and the AC kept us cool. I cannot recommend the Cliffs highly enough for anyone who wants to visit Las Vegas but would also like a little R & R.

In the foothills of the Spring Mountains, Summerlin is a planned community once owned by eccentric mogul Howard Hughes. Northwest Las Vegas is a golfer’s haven: about a dozen courses are open to the public. Red Rock Canyon offers spectacular vistas accessible via a 13-mile scenic drive and 30 miles of hiking trails. Hikes around Mount Charleston provide a welcome respite from the Vegas heat.
