Suncoast was conveniently located to where I was visiting relatives. The hotel was very nice and the room accommodations were large.
Since it is an older hotel and catering to an older clientele, there were a lot of smokers and the scent of smoke lingering in the air which is not prevalent in many of the newer hotels.
We frequently ate at Brigg's and enjoyed it very much.
Also enjoyed the covered self-parking garage.

This is an eco friendly hotel. It's very clean and fairly quiet. The free breakfast here is awesome
& that is part of your stay. The lobby is spacious with coffee & tea provided throughout the day. The front desk staff and friendly and courteous. The rooms are spacious and clean. My room had a full kitchen area so if you want to cook in your room you have that option. There is a good sitting area If you want to read and do work. There is also a desk if you need that. When I awoke in the morning, the view outside my room were beautiful mountains. This is outside of the strip about 20 minutes away. There is no casino at this hotel. There are restaurants around but not close. Having a car is helpful and easy to get around with GPS. You can take a taxi or have an uber car if need to get around town or to the strip. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on returning in the future.

Rooms were clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Easy free parking. Easy to get downtown or to the strip. Good restaurants within walking distance. Bed too soft for our taste. TV did not have a menu available on the remote, so there was no way to check what was on. Reception not very good.
