I was hoping for balcony view, our view was not the prettiest for what i paid. First thing i smelled was smoke which was terrible enough. Sheets were dirty, pillows had a weird smell. bathroom was dirty.

This has been the MOST dissapointing experience of ANY hotel I have EVER stayed in when visiting Las Vegas and I visit this place A LOT!!! The hotel is dirty and when we talked to the cleaning staff, they informed us that they dont' really know anything about when or how often the carpets get vaccumed. When we presented the hotel manager with photos of what we were seeing, rather than apologizing about our experience and what we were finding, she made excuses about how the cleaning team is not responsible for taking care of those things or cleaning those areas. Example would be a beer bottle sitting on the floor in front of the elevators on our floor for FOUR days AFTER we said something twice to the front desk. When talking to a number of the staff here, there seems to be an almost complete lack of concern about the quality of a consumers experience and a number of the staff admitted to as much. They have also asked us not to divulge their names out of concern they would get in trouble by telling us thier feelings about working here. Again, out of all of the places I have ever stayed in Las Vegas, Paris Hotel was the MOST dissapointing experience and I would never stay here again!

My room was supposed to be attraction view. It was certainly not. There were no functioning hot tubs in the pool area. There was a lack of seating overall, unless you were gambling.

Although at check in we didn’t get a room with two queen beds (that we booked), we did get a room with a beautiful strip view. The cot they provided wasn’t very comfortable, but it worked for the couple days we needed that extra sleeping space. Rooms are getting outdated. The choice of restaurants in the hotel were nice, however, a bit pricy. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Location was good. Room was clean but box spring cover was torn and stained from a past liquid spill, the windows were dirty on the outside impeding a clear view and the fill value in the toilet hissed nonstop so the bathroom door had to be closed, the room keys failed twice to open the room and the wait each time was 20 minutes to have them replace at registration with the staff members response that “if it happens again security would have to physically check the room door pad,” no regard or comment when I mentioned the time I had to spend dealing with the issue. Pool closed at 5pm most days and 6pm on some of the days limiting access to cool off and relax in the evening. Overall would not return to this property even with the central location as the one positive feature.
