"Nice hotel close to Hyde Park"
We had a pretty small room for 3 people at the back to the hotel, but it was clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The location is great, next to the park, near tube stations, in a very nice neighborhood.

"Gr location, big rm for London w/AC with sm issues"
We stayed in the basement jr. suite (1 double + 2 twins. Our rooms were cleaned every day. Some interesting things about this hotel. 1. Everything was clean, but the mugs, mug plate, drinking glasses are not always cleaned. The bathroom shower is quite small, so it's hard for me to give my child a bath without getting sprayed myself. Everywhere we go in London has very small sink in the bathroom. There is a small glass shelf above the sink and I am so afraid to hit my head on it when I am rinsing my face. The housekeeping, keeps drinking glasses, shampoo, wash clothes, liquid bath soap and hand washing soap on the little tiny glass shelf. So, it has to be removed before we use the sink daily, because if one of us accidentally bump the shelf and everything will fall on the tiles including the glass drinking glasses. we stay here for 5 days and everything was clean, but small things like they did not wipe down the shelf, so there is soap water still sitting on the shelf when I remove the items listed above. It annoys me because why would you put clean stuff on top of dirty shelf? Also, I am guessing the house keeping closet is right next to our room because every morning, there is lots of noise. Either things banging around in there or loud talking and laughing which made it impossible for us to sleep in to 8 am. That is the reason why I gave some 4s rating.

Perfect place right by Hyde Park. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a deluxe twin room which was spacious and clean. Great bathroom! Unfortunately was in the basement and there was an annoying sound from pipes overhead every morning. Still a great room for a twin room in Europe.
