The rooms themselves were very small as are most in London. The rooms were clean and quiet and fine for the amount of time we spent in it. The staff was great, helping to arrange tours or taxi's and even loaning us an electrical adaptor.

Clean room and good staff.
Good position close to two different metro lines.
Poor breakfast quality and variety. Not sufficient capacity in the dining room to host all people in the hotel at week end. Be prepared to wait your turn.

This hotel is within walking distance of two underground stations. This makes getting around London easy. The room is small, but I was not expecting much room at hotel in London.
The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable as well. You get besic amenities like shampoo and coffee/tea.
The front desk staff are not the friendliest, but I barely interacted with them.
They did allow me to drop off my luggage since I arrived before check in time. This to me was a plus.
I have stayed in this hotel previously and will definitely return.

The rooms are smaller than we expected and inside you have self closing doors separeiting the bedroom and the living room and we had to lean the laugage on the doors to create one open space , but other than that great! Good location, friendly stuff, clean, everything works...and it is worth the price paid for. There for very recomended.

The reception desk entrance to the apartment was certainly not clear nor indicated on the confirmation I received.
The staff at reception argued when I mentioned this should be on the confirmation. Bumped into other people who had the same issue.
Apart from that, the apartment was ideal.
Elevator meant did not have to worry about carrying my luggage.
The bed was super comfortable.
The air conditioning was brilliant.

It's a quaint enough hotel with nice staff. I stayed in the largest room by myself, which was spacious but the furnishing did remind me of a 70s soap opera. Unfortunately my room was right next to the reception and I was bothered by the swishing of the doors on a near constant basis. Exacerbating the situation were a midland family that decided to hang out at the lobby until 2am, making enough noise to disturb my peaceful enjoyment during the stay.
The winning attribute of this hotel is definitely its central location, it's no more than 5 minutes walk to the Paddington station which makes traveling to Heathrow and other locations in central London a breeze. For £100 an evening that's not bad.
