The hotel I had originally chosen was full. Expedia operator suggested the caesar, which was nearby. When we arrived we were given a free upgrade. The price was reasonable, service was excellent, everything was very clean. The bedding was first rate.

Overall very nice, clean rooms, helpful staff, great location. Only four minutes from the nearest tube stop - which is a very important convenience factor to me. It also has a nice lounge area, and the breakfast provided by the hotel was very nice

When I checked in hotel, the staff was very good enough. But, even I stayed suitroom and I asked checked out lately-due to I saw guard line of staying- the staff who was other staff said I couldn't check out lately.
She was very unkind and speaked out very unlikely. Moreover, when I checked in, it was raining and food truck parked in front of main enterrence, I couldn't handle my baggues but nobody helped me. It was so weired, and I feel getting worst.
So, I just want to say, room is not bad, but the staffs have to be more educated what is the duty and service, and why they should help and welcoming guests.

From the time we arrived (3:00 am), we felt welcome. The staff were attentive and prompt in taking care of us. The room was welcoming and well aired. Immaculate and very comfortable.
Breakfast was delicious and the service, top notch. Room Service was excellent. All in-house food was also delicious.
Being in the center of London made life very easy for us to get to wherever we needed to get. The transport system is easily accessible.
