This is a recently refurbished hotel in Kensington. It is well located and close to shops, restaurants and transit points while being tucked away in a residential area.
The standard room that you are actually given is not the room on the picture. It is smaller and does not have the very large window presented on the website. That was my biggest disappointment. It is however, clean with airconditioning. The staff members are pleasant enough.
This is a decent value choice.

Nice hotel super close to Hyde Park/Kensington palace.
Beautiful building but rooms were typical euro. Very small and tight.
I picked up a last minute room and chose 2 twin beds. The room was so small that there was no separation between the twin beds.
Fairly close to the local casino (5 minutes taxi) which is nice. But beware that most of the casinos are member only.

Warm and friendly staff, who couldn't do enough to help. Lovely, clean room, that was spacious by London standards. Bed was very comfortable. Good location, that felt safe for this solo, female traveller. Excellent value for money. Would definitely return.

A really well laid out flat, with kitchen and separate bedroom. Ideal if you want to have the flexibility to make your own meals, do laundry, etc. Very well located and while not fancy by any means, serviceable, spacious and clean. Everything worked well, including wifi. In my opinion, much handier than a normal hotel and less expensive.

Had a lovely stay in this newish hotel in Notting Hill.
Superb rooms and great location.
Staff were good and helpful.
Only quibble would be that the air conditioning would not allow the room to be cooled despite us asking about this. We get that its winter, but would have thought it possible to cool the room to a more comfortable sleeping temp at night.

Myself and my partner we stay for 1 night in this hotel and be honest could be a better place if the breakfast can be different offered.. was not any hot food and a better buffet with a good selection of juice. but overall was good. I can recommend to my friends but just to have something cheap during their trip.
I can advice to be more flexibility for breakfast
And will be excellent if they can offer lunch and dinner will be the best...

Don't get a basement room or you will be woken every morning with someone cleaning out the area in front of your room. At 6.30 a.m. both Saturday and Sunday even in the rain there was someone sweeping outside our room. No chance for a lie in
