I've stayed at APA Hotel Ginza-Kyobashi several times this year. It is a clean and well-equipped hotel. Rates average between US$90-120/night including taxes and fees, which is an excellent value for the middle of a major world city.
The hotel accomplishes this with efficiency. Rooms are compact (8'x15') with airplane-cozy bathroom facilities and a double bed. It is tight and more than one person per room had better appreciate being in contact with each other, but it is clean, internet is good, location is amazing, and what more does one need?

High on opulence and popularity, Ginza was one of the city's first districts to implement Western-style brick buildings and gas lamps. Set in the heart of the city, it is the place for those who don't mind crowds, and serious spenders. But it takes very little to see Asia's largest fish market, a traditional kabuki play, or the latest gadgets at the Sony building.
