Very clean and conformance hotel in the Ginza area of Tokyo. Close to lots restaurants, shops and metro station. Staff and service were fantastic throughout our stay. Really good location from which to explore Tokyo and less touristy than areas like Shibuya and Shinkjuku.

I would definitely stay at this hotel when I am in Tokyo. The location is 5 minutes walk to Ginza all the shopping you want and great restaurants nearby. The staff members had impeccable manners and were very helpful. The airport limousine bus would drop you off in front of the hotel. The hotel is about 8-10 minutes walk to the subway station. You will love your choice of hotel when you pick this place.

Staff was not able to speak English when helping me to check in. Location is awesome. Restaurants are all around and very close to the Imperial Palace. Fancy a run in central Tokyo? Stay in this hotel makes it convenient for u. Amenities are also of good quality! A nice stay overall.

Whilst Location , service , rooms and overall experience good ... When we arrived at 7.30am and enquired if we could get an early room we were told that check in was 2pm and that if we paid 6000 yen more we could check in at 12pm (i did not pay) . To My dismay i noticed that between 12 - 2pm other people checked in but we had to wait till the 1.45pm . I believe that was Poor customer service

"Great hotel with western features. Big for Japan."
Easy walk to everything in ginza, and tsukiji. The room and amenities you get for the price they offer makes it a great value. Staff was fantastic, they held our bags for a week while we took a train to Kyoto. Ginza has a pricey rep and finding a cheapish quality meal takes some research. Tsukiji is good for that. Cheap street food during the day, or eat a big lunch at a discount price and then snack for dinner. Look into Tokyo Shuttle bus service when it's time to get to and from narita. They will stop at yurakucho station, a short 10 minute walk to/from the Monterey. And go to Fuunji in shinjuku for ramen. 1000yen at Fuunji will get you the best ramen in all of Tokyo. You stand in line, but I promise it's worth it. Went twice in a week.

High on opulence and popularity, Ginza was one of the city's first districts to implement Western-style brick buildings and gas lamps. Set in the heart of the city, it is the place for those who don't mind crowds, and serious spenders. But it takes very little to see Asia's largest fish market, a traditional kabuki play, or the latest gadgets at the Sony building.
