This hotel is a 2 minute walk to the station, the staff are lovely, the Lawson's is so handy for noodles to coffee, there are no stairs which means the lifts get very busy but just allow yourself some time. The rooms were spacious for Japan and the air con was fantastic. We had a super stay at this hotel

Good to frustrating

The hotel is looks nice and stylish. The main problem is the lifts, they can be a nightmare. Regularly having to wait 10-15 minutes, or longer at busy times. Unable to use the stairs at all even for 1 floor hops is just plain annoying. Enjoyed the onsen a lot, really beneficial and relaxing. The bathroom was tiny, I was regularly frustrated being 6ft and trying to manoeuvre in a confined and crowded cube! Staff are really helpful and friendly. Avoid checking in at 3 as there was a lengthy queue everyday.
