This hotel was our overnight stop from Florida to Wisconsin. 2 hours away and 6 hours until check in, my 3yo vomited all over herself. The extremely nice to woman at the front desk was able to accommodate us for an early check in and went above and beyond to ease our load.

Not only is the location perfect for just about anything, the breakfast was delicious, the room was comfortable but the shining star is the staff. Our first day Katie gave us so many amazing recommendations of where to stay on our Urban Bourbon trail and helped us to get a feel for the neighborhoods in the city. What a great stay.

Louisville is best known for hosting the Kentucky Derby each year on the first Saturday of May at Churchill Downs. The West Main District of downtown features Louisville's “Museum Row”— home to such favorites as the Muhammad Ali Center and the Louisville Slugger Museum. The Water Tower, the built in 1856, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
