My room was spacious and comfortable with traditional furnishings. The bathroom was spotlessly clean though the bath plumbing seemed rather old fashioned. The staff were welcoming and were eager to help and provide information, especially Hyacinth on reception. I had dinner there once and it was very good. The location is very central and it is easy to walk a few blocks to the bus station to get the local bus to Niagara Falls (1 hour journey for only $2 one way).

I am always happy with the Hampton Inn when we stay there. Every time we are searching for a hotel, we always check if there is a Hampton Inn in the area. The staff is nice, the rooms and beds are comfortable, and they have a great continental breakfast.
