This is the second time we stayed at the Adams Mark for New Years Eve. Last year the hotel disappointed - room shabby, motel-level amenities, uncomfortable temperature. Tried it again because of its walking distance location close by our friends' New Years Eve party. This time our room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. No regrets, willing to recommend it now.

This hotel was exactly what we needed. We were up on the 5th floor, which gave us fabulous view of the city of Buffalo looking north. The hotel was located in a central location which made everything easily accessible. Hotel staff were some of nicest people I have come across. One morning I came out to find the battery of my car was dead. The manager working the front desk at the time actually offered to have one of the employees use her vehicle to give my car a jump.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very accomodating. We were able to check in early since our room was ready. This was great as we had a long drive.
The only downer was the valet parking. We were not told we would be charged for each time we asked for the car. So there was a surprise at checkout.
I would dedunitley stay again .

This hotel was in the perfect area. Surrounded by great places to eat like The Chocolate Bar and Bacchus. Of course Starbucks across the street was a plus!
The hotel staff was welcoming and very attentive.
