I stayed here a few years ago when it was still maintained, my most recent room was awful, it wasn't ready when I got there (even though I arrived hours later than check in). It was just awful, wouldn't recommend.

Target just up the road, great diner a 5 minute walk away (Westway Diner). A really good location in Hell's Kitchen. The not so great is the rooms are very small and your toilet is basically in the room so no privacy there... be warned!!!

Staff was very rude and rooms were very small with no sink counter to put your hygiene products no fridge or microwave and the rooftop is on the 4th floor which is not a rooftop when you have 20 or more floors. I will never stay there again and I called Expedia which was no help. My queen corner suite was a joke and advertising is false

Positive: It was within walking distance to Times Square and Radio City Music Hall. However the solo room was barely enough room to turn around in. It reminded me of a port room on the bottom of a cruise ship. No walking space and it was like a hole in the wall…with a window.

I’m from NY so I can see the efficiency of small rooms for lower price. However, to not even have a bottle opener for guests seems like a low cost to provide better customer service. Yet, they did not have such item and didn’t really seem to care about the limitations of its customer provisions.

This hotel is just okay. They market themselves as a fancy, high-tech hotel, but it's very overpriced for what you get. The rooms are tiny and the facilities are outdated/rundown. The TV didn't work, the shower faucet was falling out of the wall and some things did not look very clean. They also have an inconvenient policy about holding bags and charge $3 per bag cash only, and you must pick them up by a certain time even if you are staying there for the night. There are hardly any staff around to help and even if you call on the phone all you get is a robot. The only thing I really enjoyed was the bed that could be adjusted with buttons (like a hospital bed) and the towel warmer in the bathroom. I would not stay here again.

Property had such an amazing view, walking distance from times square was also such a plus. Over all such a great experience for our fist trip to New York. Bed was soooo fluffy and confy got to rest super well. Can't wait to go back soon.

Clean hotel with friendly staff and a good place to stay. However, there is a lot of noise both in the surroundings and inside the hotel. If you are looking for a place to rest, this is not the right choice.
