Check in to 20 minutes. They only had 2 people at the desk and a huge line. Very inefficient. Got a glass of wine at the bar but they wouldn’t let me bring a glass to my room…??? Had to drink out of a plastic cup. Never in my experience has this happened at any other hotel. TV remote didn’t work. They did bring a new one. I had requested extra pillows at booking but they weren’t in room. Tried calling front desk and housekeeping but none would go through. Had to use my cell phone to call. Elevators were always full. Waited for 5 before we could get in one to go down to lobby. Moldy grout in bathroom. Beds were comfortable and it was a great area but won’t be staying here again.

Okay for a quick stay

This hotel is okay for a night or two. I’ve stayed a few times b/c it was a cheaper midtown location when I was in for a quick stay. Wish they didn’t charge for luggage storage. Staff was always lovely to me. However, the rooms need updating terrible. Bathrooms are dated - particularly tub/shower and often times paint or chips in ceiling that give it a dingy feel

Close to Time Square

Hotel is walking distance to Time Square. Noise from Time Square could easily be heard from our room. There's no TV or refrigerator in the room.

Pleasant stay

We found the room to be very pleasant, but a bit small. The check-in clerk was pleasant and very helpfull. Our only concern was that the electrical plugs were a bit loose, and did not hold charger cables tight.
