High floor rooms are a problem because of few and slow elevators. Try and ask for low floor room so that you can go up and down on stairs. I will stay at this hotel again. There is an excellent Deli around the corner and it’s 24 hours. It has great options for fresh juices, smoothies and sandwiches. Staff are nice too if you speak to them and engage with them. But they are overloaded because there are 500 rooms in this property.

From the doormen to the front desk everything was great. We got to the hotel early and were able to safely store our luggage and explore. This hotel is smack in the middle of Time Square! Perfect location!!!
