The room was spotless, well-furnished, and offered a perfect balance of comfort and style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and convenient. I also appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere which was ideal for rest and relaxation.

Hotel has a nice young vibe and everyone was super helpful. The day we checked in there was a problem with obtaining the key to rooms So we had to be escorted to our room each time which wasn’t a big deal and the guy that escorted us was very nice and funny. The rooms were small which I knew from the pictures and Reviews but clean and good use of the space

Clean, quiet and cozy

Room was very clean and very affordable. This was my first time staying in NY and I was worried about quality to price ratios for hotels, but the location is great for out-of-towners (9 minute walk to Times Square) while also being clean, friendly and quiet. Only downside is the tiny room size, but for travelers just wanting to explore the city and have a safe place to keep our stuff it was a perfect stay.

Good for the price

Overall the stay was good. Location is good although it can be sketchy at night. The hotel itself was very quiet and efficient for the price. It does have an onsite gym but it’s not very well cooled. There is no onsite restaurant so you have to go out to get food. They do serve breakfast until 1:30pm but it’s expensive and not much to choose from.

I stayed at here prior in February. However, my experience this time around was subpar. The hotel floor “10” smelled bad, and the hotel room had a moldy smell & just felt unclean. The inside of the toliet was not cleaned, so I did it myself.

Safe Haven

The POD felt isolated, safe, and removed from the craziness of the Times Square area; it's unfortunate that the area surrounding it is troubled by homeless people, dirty streets, sirens, and noise. BUT all that is 'far away' once you're ensconced in your small-but-clean room.

The price was right. Our basic room had a view of the Empire State Building which was a nice surprise! The room was extremely small, but that was to be expected. The biggest issue is that there was no refrigerator and no ice machine in the entire hotel. Ice is a pretty basic hotel expectation and it was a major inconvenience.

I would give 5 stars if the mattress was replaced. Mattresses don't last forever; especially when the bed is up against the wall so everyone sits on only one side for years and years and it is likely never rotated. In a hotel where people are only likely there to sleep, shouldn't the sleep experience be the most important?

My daughter and I had a wonderful trip to NYC! This location was super walk-able from the theaters, food, and fun! We felt safe and our room was tidy, comfortable, clean and secure!

An absolutely wonderful hotel to be in when you’re exploring Manhattan. Elevators move very fast and the cleaning service did an amazing job. Wonderful bar at the hotel too!
