Sink didn’t work or drain properly during my stay. Room is small but manageable for a short weekend trip if you are just sightseeing. Location is the best part of this hotel as you are close to time square and only a short walk up to Central Park and 5th avenue.

The staff is very nice. It's a very basic room, but we were out all day anyways and it was the best value in the area. The terrace has been under construction and has been closed for at least 2 years. It's in an unbeatable convenient location right near Port Authority bus station and close to the 42nd St./Time Square subway station, walking distance to Broadway, Times Square, Bryant Park, and Hells Kitchen.
