I was visiting NYC for work. The location was great- walkable from my arrival by train and walkable to where I was working ( near the UN building) but also to sites like Columbus Circle, Times Square and to Broadway shows/theaters. Very clean with needed amenities such as hangers ( most places do not have sufficient numbers), hair dryer ( one that really worked!), good internet, etc. Bare bones furniture ( bed, desk and chair) but I knew that prior to arrival. When I travel to NYC, I don't spend my day in the hotel room- I want to be out and about. Excellent value for price. Will book again for both business and pleasure trips to NYC.

Perfect “cheaper” (meaning $300ish vs $400+ elsewhere nearby, so by all means not cheap) option right in mid-town. Great use of space with small rooms but it was fine! Beautiful cafe on lobby level with great options.

Don't mess with my coffee hour!!

The breakfast service advertised to begin at 7AM did not open until 7:20AM. There is no coffee offered in the rooms so this was SERIOUS! But seriously, another guest among the waiting customers shared she'd been there for 3 nights and EVERY morning they'd opened as late or later. Also TV remotes didn't work. My other stays there have been better. Off day.

Fantastic!

Amazing. Super compfy bunk bed room and great sleep. Shower is high end incredible. Super quick check in and out, friendly staff. Very close to bus station, Times Square, restaurants, subway. Rooms are small but efficient for clothes storage. Hallways are a little gloomy. Quiet inside despite busyness outdoors.A block away it's a tiny bit sketchy, but felt pretty safe out as woman late at night
