My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for his birthday weekend. We chose the hotel because I’ve stayed there before and I loved it and the location is so convenient, BUT this time around, it was even better. The staff was nothing less than amazing. Every single encounter we had was incredible. They were all so sweet and helpful. And they helped me surprise my boyfriend for his birthday which I am eternally grateful for. Hotel was horrible! Had to walk down from 22nd floor because elevator was broken! No water in the room which should be a basic requirement and offered a cookie on check in!

Would definitely stay here again! Great area that wasn’t too congested like some other areas. Food/shopping/bars all walkable. Close to the World Trade Center. Only complaint is the elevators were very slow. Sometimes it took ten minutes to get to the bottom lvl. But it was a small price to pay because overall I was very pleased with everything.

The stay was good room was clean, staff nice, was really close to transportation, and at walking distance of many attractions. My only complaint is the elevator takes too long and is always full, only 3 elevators and most of the time only two worked, the walls were very thin and could hear EVERYTHING going on in the room next door. Besides that everything was pretty good, the cookies were pretty good too. Will definitely stay there again

I loved staying at this hotel! They give you a cookie! It was a great location and it was a very walkable area! You could get the subway in any direction you went! The only thing that bothered me was the ice machine on the floor we stayed in was broken and the elevator took forever! If it became full, aside from the 3 minutes you already waited, you had to wait about 3-5 minutes more. Taking the stairs is an option but I was on floor 17 and that’s not ideal.

Our room was clean and stocked. It was good for an NYC hotel. The one thing to note: there are only two elevators. We had to wait about 5-10 minutes for an elevator during our entire trip. A little annoying, but we just made sure left a little early to accommodate for that time. We would stay here again.
