Excellent stay. Across the street from Plaza Rio and close to restaurants and convenient stores. Customer service was excellent and stay was pretty comfortable. Definitely my go to for my next trip to Tijuana.

Upon entering the room, I asked if they could please bring me some blankets and pillows. They said yes, that they would bring them to my room in a moment, but I'm still waiting... And they couldn't give me a small bottle of water for free, but they did have some to sell me.

I had a great stay, made even better by the exceptional service from Manager Vigilio. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout my visit. Vigilio went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly and that any questions or requests were handled quickly and kindly.
