Galeria Plaza Reforma

"Nice rooms, great location"
Good size room with plenty of space. Two complaints: since you need your key for power in the room, AC won't stay on when you leave. The maids will turn ac off which leaves the room very warm. Second, the bathroom towels are plush but fuzzy pieces stay on you. Otherwise, great location to walk around with plenty of restaurant options.

"Nice hotel"
This is a hotel that is very hard to rate because while it met our needs, it felt like something was missing. The staff was professional but not very warm. I called the desk to ask if we were able to use the phone for local calls twice and didn't get an answer. Informed them a day in advance that we would need use of the free shuttle to the airport and they didn't show on time. However, they did arrange alternative transportation for us with a local taxi (I'm kind of glad because we had a wonderful conversation on route to the airport). Overall, I would stay again.

"In Mexico City a great Hotel for the price"
A recent stay at the the Raizor Hotel was an excellent place. Great buffet( they oflen go off menu if asked to), helpful staff ( going out of the norm to accommodate) clean and well maintained. A jewel in a seedy setting but well worth the cost. I will stay again if in Mexico City. Cabs get you away, did not use public transportation but all seemed to stay VERY crowded. Not a walk around neighborhood unless you have nerve and a fluency in Spanish language.

"Thanksgiving in Mexico City"
Hotel Novit - Two nights Friday/Saturday: The Hotel was Great. The Location was Great. The Staff + Services were Great. The Room they gave us was HORRIBLE and they new it! Room 505 is located directly under the Pool Jacuzzi/Hot Tub - 6th Floor. When the Jacuzzi/Hot tub is used - you hear rushing water, hollow sounds of people moving around in the tub + vibration of the jets. Check in on Friday morning - we heard water rushing - we thought it was someone using the shower in the room next door. But, it didn't stop, I called the front desk - 5 minutes later the hotel engineer arrived he was aware of the water, not to worry + left. (No mention it was the hot tub above us.) We left for a day of sightseeing, museums, shopping, etc. Friday evening around 11:00 PM, the rushing water noise was there but it was quiet - not the roar rushing we had experienced in the morning. We went to bed. Saturday- up early 8:00 AM our last day - we had a very busy day planned. Breakfast in the dining room, left the hotel around 10:00 AM. We had an early flight out/Sunday we came back had dinner in the hotel dining room (EXCELLENT) + went to bed early. At 10:00 PM we woke to rushing water, hollow sounds of people moving around in the tub + the vibration of the jets.!!! Called the front desk - they said they could move us? We were in bed! We were leaving at 5:00 AM - MOVE US? UNACCEPTABLE! The front desk agent said we should never had been given the ROOM - they knew it was a problem!

"Suite hotel close to office area "
Traveled for work so I needed to be close to the office. The hotel was a pleasant 10 minute walk away from various hi-tech offices, i.e. Google, Oracle, etc. It was nice to have extra room and the included breakfast buffet had a lot of good options like eggs, cold cuts, fresh fruit, etc. The dining room for dinner was uninspiring and there are no restaurants in the immediate area.

Hotel Geneve Ciudad de Mexico

Londres 130, Mexico City - Map
"Beautiful historic hotel at a reasonable price."
Hotel Geneve is a historic museum hotel. We enjoyed just sitting in the lobby taking in history of this 1907 beauty. The Hotel's location is in the center of the Zona Rose, near many good restraurants, the metro station and bus. A short walk from Reforma, Mexico City's major boulevard. Our room was spacious with a sofa and a table and chairs. The bathroom had a large bathtub, enjoyed by my wife. The hotel's Phone Bar is charming and drinks reasonably price. The restaurant provided a relaxed informal atmosphere with plants and bird cages and a sky light ceiling. Ice was plentiful and the mini bar well stocked. We enjoyed the small mall across the street with a Starbucks, Chili's and Italiano's. Several convenience stores are close by for water and snacks. .

Mexico City is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Mexico City, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Mexico City hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
