Traveled to this resort for my birthday. The resort is in a great area. Property is well maintained. Several pools for you to choose from. Restaurants had delicious food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We even were able to check in early which was highly appreciated. The beach was clean with a beautiful view of the arch. I plan on coming back in May. We all had an amazing time at this RIU.

Beautiful property, fantastic food option, and extremely kind and helpful staff. Rooms were nice, but AC definitely did not keep up well with the heat - room never cooled down even with the curtains kept closed and the ceiling fan on. It was SUPER hot out though, so not sure there was much that could be done. Overall we loved this resort and would 100% stay there again.

The restaurant staff was very attentive of all times. They did a great job taking care of our needs over. You have a great staff working at this hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I had a great time.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was cleaned multiple times a day, towels, bed made, linen turn down at night. All excellent. Loved the buffetts, the restaurant food was good also but smaller portions and not many options. Loved the food by the pool and the breakfast buffet was amazing! You can not swim there but the view is amazing! Sit in the coffee shop overlooking the water. The breeze is cool and the view is amazing. You won’t regret it!

Me and my husband came for our honeymoon and both got food poisoning. So for the rest of the trip we were limited to only eating at the coffee cafe by the front desk. The buffet had constant flies and we never felt safe eating it. The drinks were also extremely watered down. We would each need to have several before we felt anything. We were bitten by bugs in our room and my husband saw a roach in the bathroom. Not the vacation we were hoping for.

Food was fine, we expected better quality. The property and ameneties were nice, but crowded. The air conditoning felt broken in our room and the fan only had one speed, and our room seemed to be located next to a urility closet because the bathroom was very loud like there was a generator on the otherside. Also, the room service options were terrible. The overall trip was a OKAY. We expected a higher end experience and not a carnival cruise-style party hotel.

Overall the experience at an all inclusive was fantastic. The food, drinks and rooms were all very great. Would have wished that the two rooms I booked would have been closer to each other. Transportation to and from the airport was the only thing that was horrible experience.

This property was beautiful. It had gorgeous views and lots to do around the gorgeous pool, swim up bars, fun parties, shows and waterslides. The cons are the food- just ok. Not horrible, but really not great compared to breathless and a few other all-inclusive resorts. The other con was the friendliness of staff- not bad, but again, not above and beyond comparatively. This was a great resort for people who love a great view and like lots of activities! If you are a foodie, maybe look at another resort.
