The entertainment staff was very good! We made friends with a lot of them. They look like they are trying having a blast at their jobs. Such good people.

Very well maintained, excellent food options, great service. Only downside is that the property is enormous, so be prepared to walk. A bit noisy at night, but not the hotels fault.

Excellent vacation package, so many activities to participate, lovely cabanas, amazing restaurant options (especially Grill place), pickle ball courts, waterslides, pool size and beach access. Clean, safe and fun!

Can’t complained about pretty much anything other than I do wish there was a restaurant open for 24hours in the resort but that’s just me knit picking. Clean resort friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Las areas estaban limoias y bien conservadas, buena animacion, comida y bebida 24 hrs, las fiestas en la piscina eran fenomenal, buena atencion del personal sobre todo animacion y los del bar, Lo uniko que no me gusto fue la venta de marihuana en las playas y personas fumando marihuana en la piscina que estaba detras, por el restaurant Torete, pues es un lugar publico y donde hay niños

All the staff were very responsive and respectful. I want to call out Jari the bartender and she is the best! Made our entire day easy and funny. She even created a new cocktail for my wife.
