The electrical outlets were not worming for my first 2 days there no tv and hair dryer-coffe pot due to electrical wire short I called front desk and they made me feel like it was my fault by not inserting card right?? Finally maintenance guy found short but I was it offered apology or nay ything??

It took about three hours for the staff to bring my bags to the room. I kept calling and they said they will bring it then I just went to the front and brought it myself to the room after three hours. Also my room had so many ants, it went all in my suitcase on my bed in the bathroom. There were also bugs in the bathroom. Yes, house cleaning did clean, but they just kept coming back another thing using the bathroom. The water pressure was very weak. I had to constantly call the front decks to have someone pump my toilet every day since I’ve been there and I was there for four days.

I stay there almost 5 days. Everything was good but the problem was for the check-in line. I almost waited 2 hour and 30 minutes that was crazy. They should work on the staff or do something for online check-in. Everything overall was good I enjoyed it and celebrated my birthday.

Restaurant food was good, but good luck getting a reservation. Resort staff is not friendly.. Air conditioning is not the best, room never got lower than 22c Entertament staff was very friendly and inviting to join activities.

I love everything about the property except for the buildings with no elevators in building I stay I had to walk to the top floor with a bad knee n hip

It was flies in all the food areas. Flies were everywhere I had to make sure I got my food fresh off the grill so no flies were on it. Also for it to be all inclusive the steak house is not great and don’t have many options like other resorts.

I came with my family in August! We love everything in the hotel. The stuff is friendly . The kids activities are great! I love the water park. My kids didn’t get bored at all.

Loved the rooms they need to get elevators because the walking up is horrible in the heat! Property is super nice however beware of the flies and birds all over the food in every single buffet. It was super gross they need to control that we did not enjoy flies landing all over us and our food while we were eating both indoors and out.
