If you like working out this place is for you,no elevators so going up 4 floors with suitcases is no joke with a family 🤓

Quality of their food is not the same, didn’t enjoy any of their food this time. Pool bar was not as fun, bar tenders don’t seem to have experience, lucky to at least see

Muchas moscas en el área de comedor .no se puede meter uno al mar porque es mar abierto y al reservar no especifican este detalle tienes que tomar un taxi para ir a otra playa y caminar más de 30 minutos por la playa pero la playa está muy inclinada y te hundes demasiado los pies ..

I had a situation while I stayed on property. It had rained the first day that we landed. My room had water that came through the door. The only way they accommodated me was extra towels and had a maid come in and wipe the floors down. I had wet sheets. I asked to be transferred to another room and they were unable to accommodate not willing to at all.

The staff at this resort were so welcoming and accommodating they really made the stay that much more special. Food was amazing… all the servers, hostesses, bartenders, groundskeepers, fitness instructors, and maintenance staff were top tier. I wish I remembered their names so I could mention them in this post but again huge gratitude towards each and everyone of you. Gracias, Hasta la próxima les deseo lo mejor a todos.

I came for my first time as a solo female traveler and although I was a bit nervous, my stay was great. I didn’t really need to leave the resort , they had alot of things to stay entertained. They had nice pools one which was more for family and the other was looking towards the beach which was more party like adult and on top of that they had themed pool parties on a whole different area which were fun! I also read they have a water park for families with kids. They had family entertainment through out the nights , karaoke night, performances & various selection of food. The food and drinks were just okay in my opinion but overall good. Take your hydroflasks to keep your drinks cold! The rooms were very nice and clean. I felt very safe as a solo female and the staff were very respectful and professional. I would definitely stay here again.
