Food in general is good. American country restaurant is surprised us that you can only order one single item at a time. For instance, if you order a soup, you cannot order anything else until you finish the soup, then start another item order. We never see a restaurant in the world ever doing this way.

Room was okay, loose hairs & a few bugs laying around. Asked for a fridge restock twice and only got water (which was appreciated) TV channel’s had poor connection for relaxing with a hangover & the remote control batteries were dead. Food was good, the pools were nice and the staff were courteous & always helpful.

Being totally honest there was a hiccup when i first arrived at the hotel involving my room but that didn’t matter because the hotel staff and manager resolved the issue asap. The staff were very polite and welcoming. I loved every bit of the resort and indeed look forward to staying here again when i revisit Cabo. The scenery, the atmosphere & the vibes were all on point here in Riu Sante Fe. The pool parties brought everyone together like family. The food and drinks were nonstop. The beach was amazing. A variety of pools to choose from. Overall the energy was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay.
