Parties are pretty dope! Would definitely rebook! Resort is maintained clean really good, staff is super friendly and it was a great experience for wife & I. Only waited like 5mins for check in! It was a great first impression

The resort was amazing! They have many pools to choose from. They have activities, entertainment, and a good party atmosphere. One down side was the late night foid options: the only choice was the sports bar. The buffets had great choices. If you're planning on eating at one of the restaurants make sure to take a collar shirt. No tank tops are allowed at the sit down restaurants.

It is a great property to entertain the entire family. Food was good (some restaurants were better than others) but overall we were satisfied with the food. The room was clean but we had a first level room and there were quite a few mosquitoes so do bring bug repellent. Some towers don’t have elevators so if you bring lots of luggage or bigger items (stroller) be ready to use the stairs. Pools were great and there were plenty of lounge chairs.

Def not a fan of the food, mediocre at best! Getting an adult beverage is AVERAGE takes 15 min but most of the time over 20! If you're getting a Riu Party room expect a concert in your room until the party is over, literally vibrates and shakes the door/windows. Place is HUGE and never would have thought that was going to be a problem until it takes you 10 min just to get to to where you are going & that's even if you know the right route to take. Was there 10 days and STILL couldn't just go to a restaurant or pool or bar or bathroom without trying to remember how to get there, people are always lost. 3 of the pools got closed down because someone threw up in it. So they close it the rest of the day, which doesn't sound that big of a deal until all those people all head to the next pool and then the real fun starts & takes 25 min to get a drink and shoulder to shoulder with everyone! This is by far the worst RIU I've ever been to. The they did an excellent job keeping/refilling the mini bar & housekeeping. The place is beautiful and their beach area is awesome but def not a place you can get in and swim, closest and safest place to be in the water is medano beach in the marina. Website says 24 hour room service which turns out they don't have any roomservice at all. Normally any RIU property allows you to go use the other Riu facilities, restaurants, bar everything but if you're staying here( Santa Fe ) you're not able to to but if staying at others then they can use Santa fe

This property is fun. It’s a little on the busy side so if you’re into dancing and partying this is the place. If not may look at Palace.

Online it says 24 hour all Inclusive. I did not know that meant the grab and go from the sports bar. They had no room service and the workers at checkout was rude

The resort was nice with lots of pools, bars and lounge areas with beautiful views and fun parties. The food wasn’t bad but wasn’t the best, although some of the food was really good. I just wish there were more things to do at the resort aside from drinking and being in the pool and I wish the beach was more relaxing. You hardly seen anyone on the beach because they were avoiding all the sellers.
