Food is good in most restaurants, swimming pools are okay in terms of cleaning. Operations there are not so good the staff seems to be lacking communication and check in process at the hotel is quite long for some reason....

Food was ok but given the size of the property property, they really need some sort of transportation system for people to get around. Service from the folks in the front desk was not very helpful - didn't even greet us a welcome to the hotel, definitely need more training in hospitality.

Food is good. *****Desert is perfect! Food has many choices! Compare I went to cruise. Bed is comfortable, clean. We stay 3 beds room, 6 days, room is big. Check out staff is helpful. We asked wheel chair service when we check out. Pool is clean.

When when arrived our room was dirty and it looked as if it wasn’t a working room . After getting off a plane and coming for this resort . You expect your room to be cleaned. The room decor needs to be updated and the ac barely works due to the outside temps are not in the early part of September. Staff doesn’t speak English much of which is understandable but a little would help since you cater to English speaking tourists as well . The Grounds are nice . Selection of food options are all buffet style with lots of flies landing on the foods of which is discussing. Resort prices for anything extras outside of the all inclusive are overly priced and not worth it . Overall this experience a bad experience and I would never stay at a RIU Santa Fe again .

Room was dirty when we arrived. Trash cans not cleaned out. Old drinks left in the fridge. Had an issue with another guest harassing my wife at the pool. Talked to the hotel staff and ended our stay with them early because we didn't feel comfortable there, and requested a refund for the two days that we hadn't used and they were completely unwilling to work with us at all. I wouldn't recommend that anyone stay at this hotel.

Only 2 restaurants with good food, Thai restaurant is the best of all & country.. Bugs made bruises on my skin due to the irritation…. The worst part of my trip keep itching even the bedding… I’ll give it a 6 overall Nice resort, Only one time for me….
