Our stay at Riu Sante Fe was amazing. The resort was always kept clean. Food was made fresh everyday too.

The only thing I did not like it’s that there were no elevators we had to carry everything. Also no room service which sucked. The drinks are beyond water down and the food is just okay. Would I stay again here no

This property is so beautiful and incredible - the only downside is no elevators. I know this is a small thing but that is my one thing, I would have switched my room if I could. Those stairs are brutal

What a fun and beautiful hotel! Great food, entertainment, staff and amenities. The only thing is there were so many partiers that it was loud at night and not as family friendly (I have 2 kids), but my kids loved the water slides and shows. So we all had a great time!

Very nice place: clean, excellent service, great food. Only comment is that they should consider some way of transportation for elderly people, since some rooms are far away from the majority of restaurants and buffets and theater.
