I have seen comments of the food being a 7/10 at best. let me tell you it’s a flat out 0/10. We stayed 9 days and had to eat off the resort for food. Which wasn’t all that better.

The hotel overall will be a 7.5 for me, our room was full of ants we had to call staff twice because our beds were full of ants. The staff were very friendly

The overall experiece was ok. The food is mediocre. It’s all buffet style. The one thing that was lacking is the staff did not speak English so there is a communication barrier. Ever for the simplest things the staff did not know. It is understandable but it’s not ok considering that there are so many traveller who travel to the report from other places than Mexico. The resort to educate staff a bit more to be attentive to guests needs.

The hotel is a big resort with access to the beach and lots of swimming pools. The staff is very friendly and rooms were very clean and comfortable.

We had a great time with our family of 4! We came with my cousin and his family! The kids all had a great time! The only downside is that there isn’t a waiter taking orders or handing out beverages like the Palace! Overall a great stay! The water park for the kids was awesome as well. The adult toilet bowl slide was painful according to my husband and cousin. Talked a a young girl on the plane ride home and she showed me pictures of her and her friends backs after the slides. They were all cut up and bruised. Not sure Whaley but thought I’d make people aware or do some maintenance on them. Thank you for a wonderful vacation in Cabo!

Overall a nice experience, however the noise level at night (12am - 3am) is troubling. Majority of young guests don’t have any respect to others, slamming doors constantly and having music blasting on the hallways of villas. These kind of parties are taking place every night (maybe too much free alcohol needs to be restricted after certain hours for young guests) making the noise level unacceptable while others wants just to relax or sleep ?!?!
