What a lovely hotel! From the very first minute we arrived, the staff were accommodating and friendly. Hanna in the restaurant was very attentive and Katy in the spa was fantastic and friendly! Room was large, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was superb and evening meal was excellent. Swimming pool an added bonus. All in all a fantastic stay and will be our go to place every time we visit London from now on.

There’s not too much going on in this area at night however this is walkable to shoreditch and other cool neighborhoods. The pillows and bed were not the comfiest and we had to ask for things like coffee for our room multiple times. No big deal but I’d say its a very average hotel

Disappointed

My third stay at this hotel and will be the last. Unfortunately the standard has really slipped! Checking in was fine but there was no notice of my message to the hotel which I previously sent. Entering the fourth floor was like a sauna, the room was so hot and unable to open the window. Our view was of the train station which was awful and not exactly what we wanted for our wedding anniversary. The carpet was stained in our room and the bathroom had hairs in and around the bath. The toilet seat was also not secure. Very very basic stay! Check out again easy and fine probably the only benefits.

Amazing Hotel In The Heart of The City

Amazing place, clean luxurious next to the Tower of London and has good security. Excellent buffet breakfasts and an egg chef. Special thanks to breakfast staff Aldini , she went out of her way on 23rd May to bring me gluten free toast to my table, and to the super helpful breakfast greeter. I will definitely re-visit . Thank you 🙏
