Really lovely hotel. The staff was excellent, and the amenities were lovely. They even had a mobile phone for use! The rooms were comfortable, and spacious for London.

"Hotel in Kensington close to the Tube!"
We booked a Junior Suite and were originally put into a room we didn't like, but the staff were so accommodating and very nicely put us into a new room that met our expectations. Room was cozy and overlooked Cromwell Rd. Bed was divine! And the separate bathtub and shower was so relaxing. The hotel offers a smartphone you can use during your stay which was a huge bonus! We were able to navigate the city and use internet without pricey international roaming charges. I would skip the restaurant, CheckMate Bar. Service not good, but I don't hold the hotel responsible for that. Go out and explore all the stuff nearby instead. Hotel is convenient to Gloucester Rd and Earl's Court stations on the Piccadilly line. Would definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in Kensington.

"Luxury hotel in a prefect location"
We stayed 4 nights and five days - the staff was always courteous and nice. Room super clean, but also super small. The neighbourhood is one of the best in London, close to the tube, lots of restaurants, cafes, shops and museums. Always felt safe, wonderful stay!

"Very spacious and beautiful apartments!"
This has to be one of the nicest (if not the nicest) serviced apartment hotels I've ever been in. The apartment is huge with amazingly comfortable beds. The living rooms also has a nice balcony that look over the garden, really enjoyable to have your coffee there in the morning. The hotel is also located in a very nice area, close to Knightsbridge, with restaurants, shopping, and museums all within walking distance. As much as I loved the apartment and the neighborhood, I am not giving this place 5 stars. Check-in for this apartment is at 3:00pm, however our flight was to arrive at 11am so I contacted the hotel asking them if it would be possible to check-in early. They said it wont be possible, so I said fair enough, we'll be there at three. Unfortunately when we went to check-in at 3pm, our room wasn't ready. They kept us waiting in he lobby for an hour, and then told us that it seems like it will take longer. After cleaning the apartment they realized that there was a leak in the kitchen. So they told us we either wait more or check-in into the apartment while someone worked on fixing it. So we checked in and had the plumber work in there for 2hrs while we were in there. Keep in mind we just had a 7hr flight with a 2yr old kid who was restless and in need of being cleaned up. It was very upsetting. But you know those things happen, however, I atleast expected a manager to come by and apologize for this inconvenience. I only wish the hotel management were more considerate

Very nice stay. A neat job of converting a row of old town homes. Great location that's around the corner from the Gloucester Road tube stop. Room was quiet and out of the way.

"Nice hotel, great neighborhood"
We had a wonderful stay at the Bentley. We were on our anniversary, and a few special treats were left out room. The room was ok, and staff was attentive, and helpful. We never got a chance to have a drink at the bar, no bartender even though the bar was open. No problem because there is a great pub just down the street, the Hereford Arms.

"Perfect Location"
I love this hotel. I have only stayed here about 5 times because on other trips I was on a budget. But when I am able to afford a tad bit of luxury THIS is the place stay. The staff are very kind, the concierge are all gentlemen and even the wait staff delivering room service are kind and professional.

South Kensington is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in South Kensington, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your South Kensington hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
