This hotel and room was so disgusting. The carpet had huge stains. The curtains were stained all over. Worst of all the room smelled like sewage. I went to a different hotel even though I had pre paid for 3 days. Do not be fooled. The rooms are filthy.

The room was disappointing as the pictures depicted when searched beforehand look to be kept up. When arriving the room was clean but the carpet was old and stained and the walls marked up. We asked for help with the safe in the room and received none. Also asked for a wash cloth to wash face and were told only suites get wash cloths! Unbelievable! Guess the middle class guests aren't expected to wash their faces???

This was our second time staying here while in London. Room was comfortable, had an issue with the safe but was quickly resolved. Breakfast is GREAT! Easy access to underground with a 5 min walk, also close to shops Tesco sainsbury, staff always nice and helpful. Would stay again!

Pet vomit on carpets both in the hall and in the room. Carpets in room stained and filthy. No USB ports in the room for charging and front desk staff was condescending when the converter plugs offered didn’t work.

Good location - safe and relatively central. Walkable. Hotel looked to be under renovations, really didn't see any other guests. The room was very small, not much fit in the room besides a double bed. Hotel was fine because we were out all day in London, but this wasn't a hotel that I would relax in.

This hotel was chosen because of its convenience to the train and bus stations. Location is also very close to Earls Court. Friendly staff, easy check in and out. Our room was a bit on the small side, but okay. Hotel overall is dated, but price was comparable. Hotel is closing for major renovations soon.

The room itself did not feel clean and the bathroom definitely wasn’t. Someone had been smoking in the room and it smelled like it had been covered up with cheap perfume. There were also stains all over the walls and carpet.

I had stayed there two years ago twice and the rooms were really clean and smelled good. This time the room smelled like sewer and the window in the bathroom wouldn't close so we had to deal with noises from the pigeons. The room was not that clean like other times before. We didn't say anything because it was just going to be for one night.

Location was great- near a tube stop, restaurants and museums. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. We were disappointed that we did not have a refrigerator in the room and were told the hotel was undergoing renovation soon so all the refrigerators had been removed from the rooms. It definitely needs an upgrade as the carpets were old and hallways smelled musty.

This hotel needs major updating. The carpets are dirty and old. No usb outlet. Otherwise, the staff is excellent and accomodating.
