Needed a convenient stay for myself and my aunt in her 60's for a one night stay in London where we booked some tours of the area. Beyond the experience being incredibly comfortable and such a convenient location (seriously, if you aren't sure where to stay in London because there are so many options, this is the place to try. You're right across the street from the Victoria & Albert Museum and SO MANY tour buses pick up within 2 blocks of this hotel), the staff was beyond helpful. The team there was accommodating to our early breakfast needs due to early tour departures, held our bags safely, and was there for us with any questions we had. If we go back to London, we'll absolutely return here. Great experience for 2 female travelers, felt incredibly safe.

My husband and I planned a night away for his special birthday. We stayed in an executive room with a nice king size bed. It was very quiet, despite it being in central london. The Pool area was very disappointing and the website didn’t clearly state that guests had to pay for use of it. Saunas were situated in each of the women’s and man’s changing rooms which also wasn’t made clear and we were unable to enjoy a sauna together. The breakfast was ok. Overall it was disappointing for us, considering it seems to get high ratings.

We arrived early and had requested an early check in but this was not available. We were able to leave our cases at the hotel while we went to the theatre though. When we arrived back to the hotel I had requested and paid in advance for balloons “celebration” package to be added to the room, which was chargeable for £10. In the room were 6 latex balloons on the bed, which was quite disappointing considering it was a chargeable service. The pool was also a little disappointing at £15pp to have a swim. And my son, who had been charged as an adult for the reservation at the hotel, was then told he was a child in the leisure centre and couldn’t swim till after 9am, when swimming lessons were taking place. This wasn’t great as we had planned to go for an early morning swim before our plans for the day. The room itself was small, but the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The guide on the Tv didn’t work, so it was a guess to find a program to watch. Complimentary water and cold glasses in the fridge, which was nice. Breakfast was nice, food was hot. Usual breakfast options. Restaurant was clean. We have stayed in many hotels in London including this one on numerous occasions, but this time overall for the amount we paid, just under £350 for one night, we wouldn’t return.

Great position opposite the V And A museum and round the corner from Science museum and Natural History museum. South Ken Tube takes 5 mins to walk to and 14 bus takes to Piccadilly and The West End.. Harrods 6 mins walk! Hotel staff were attentive and friendly. Rooms are a little on the tired side but clean and well maintained
