We were visiting a sick relative and needed a central location. Everywhere we wanted to go was within a 5-10 minute drive. Family, hospital, 2 churches, restaurants, etc. made this hotel an excellent choice for us. The chairs were somewhat worn, but the super comfortable bed made up for it. We enjoyed having a microwave and refrigerator in the room as we eat a special diet. Unfortunately the pools were already closed for the season. No hot tub to relax in either. We were able to get a discounted price and we'd stay here again for that price. Breakfast buffet was included and a nice variety of food was included. Especially liked the fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, juices, toast, with coffee or tea.

The staff was excellent. We were picked up at the airport by Abraham, who was one of the most pleasant people I've ever met. He was very helpful, and recommended some great restaurants.
We were extremely pleased with the hotel as well. The staff were courteous, and made sure that we were well taken care of. Our flight arrived at 8:00 AM, and though check in wasn't until 3:00, they allowed us to check in late morning, so that we could catch some sleep before our event later that evening.
Transportation was available at any hour, and all the drivers were very helpful.
I was very excited to find out this hotel is very pet friendly, and I hope to visit this location again with my fur-kids!
Thanks for a great experience!

I have stayed here once before. So I am a returning customer. I enjoyed the King room more than the Queen/Double room. The room 204 door was a pain. At least once a day the key didn’t work so I’d have to go to the front desk. It was annoying by the third day. But the staff was super quick and friendly to get me a new key. I don’t like the wall unit because you can’t leave it on fan to drown out noise of other guests. I still enjoy staying here.

I did like the hotel because it was convenient for me. It was walking distance to the mall and some other nice places to visit. The parking lot was small to be honest, and the room's floors need a retouch (not sure if the floors are made of wood but i felt some uneven spots). But overall it was a pleasant hotel.
