Misleading Photos & Poor Service

Misleading photos, poor service, and bad communication made this a terrible stay. The restaurant and bar staff were unfriendly, our room had a strong odor, and the “free drink” voucher was a joke with hidden restrictions. I was told only an incidental hold would be placed, but they held the entire stay amount, tying up my credit. Would not recommend.

We tried to eat at the Osprey Restaurant. After sitting at a table for 20 minutes we had not seen a waitress. We left. We saw a woman given a table outside but there was no chair. She had to get a chair from a stack. One worker saw her but did not help her. Both these things are totally unacceptable!

Do not order from Caruso’s pizza . It was like cardboard with little sauce , and little cheese . The cheezy garlic appetizer was tough and little cheese . They do deliver to the hotel but only to the lobby :( , so you’ll have to walk to the lobby to get it .. they also forgot some of my order at the restaurant but another driver came and dropped it off . I asked for ranch dipping sauce for pizza and bread but only got 1 sm container .. the hotel did have laundry but we would have to walk from building 2 to 6 to get there . And the only elevator was at the main lobby all buildings were attached not what I expected . It was ok for the overnight stay .
