Very nice staff, bad is really good, had my best sleep there. The only thing bothers me is the bathroom has no door. You know, for couples to have some ' romance'. But for two frends go out on a trip it is very awkward.

This is a very hip hotel, with sun terrace, a library, cool bar and interesting decor! The bathroom was huge, with a wet room. The room was very comfortable. Good location, about 10 minutes' walk from the metro, shops and a lovely park called Stadt Park and about 20 minutes' walk from Stephenplatz in the centre of Vienna. Would definitely recommend.

Went to vienna. Had to call the place for a code to get the room key a card really. Unfortunately it was the wrong key and we had to wait about an hour for someone to come. The person responsible overslept.
Then the room wasn't set up. We asked for an extra bed so had to ask again . Towels and toilet paper too. As for 6 people there wasn't enough left in the apartment.
The kettle had mould in it so wasn't used by us. Everything else was clean and usable.
Then one night we came back and the card to the room did not work. So had to phone a few times trying to follow instructions. Also instructions that were not given at the beginning. In the end even the general card didn't work and had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come again . apparently the system will be changed into a propwe key rather than the card.
As I speak German language was not a barrier .
Please bear in mind that the apartment is cleaned before you move in. Check in time is any time if you arrange it. And then it is cleaned when you check out. Check out time is at 10. There is a lift in the building but rather small . For 4 people or I would say 1 and a suitcase. Public transport is just a minute walk away and so are supermarket and shops. So it is very convinient. The train from the airport also only takes about 20 minutes and one minute walk from the apartment.

The hotel was conveniently located to the city with Art Galleries and Museums within walking distance. We dined at the hotel on our first evening and the service and food was exceptional. The staff at reception were very helpful especially Elisabeth, who advised and recommended several tours and visits we were interested in. Our hotel room was spotless and beautifully decorated with a Klimpt headboard. All the staff in the restaurant, bar, reception were polite, helpful and efficient. We had a wonderful 5 day break. Thank you. We are never disappointed with MGallery hotels.

This hotel is an easy walk from the Wien Mitte station, even with your case and even if you come into Vienna from any other station, the public transport system is truly impressive - clearly laid out and very cheap - 24hrs for less than 8 Euros!
The hotel reception is a short walk Landstrasse, the reception accessed down a quaint cobbled lane, and the reception staff were efficient and very polite.
The room we had (313) was spacious, comfortable and spotless.
Tea and coffee provided.
We never use minibars anywhere so unable to comment about that.
Bed was firm but comfy, room is air conditioned which was welcome.
The breakfast buffet had a good range of cold and hot food on offer all of which was excellent.
Just a great hotel. Don't be put off by the little cobbled lane!

Vienna’s third postal district east of the city centre has medieval origins and now features many important sights and embassies. Another much-visited attraction is a visually interesting housing development called the Hundertwasserhaus.
