Confusing registration, hipsters with iPad s. No in room info abt. amenities or community offerings. Indoor spa chaotic with diapered toddlers in hot tub noted throughout 4 encounters during 2 day stay. No towels at pool. Restaraunt had good food. Water glasses had food partials clinging to them. I found this hilarious, but hubby did not. It was, obviously cleaned by the dish washer.

We usually stay at the Oxford Suites in Spokane Valley so we weren't sure how this Spokane location would measure up. It exceeded our expectations! Check in was super fast, great person checked us in. Room was REALLY nice - 4th floor view of the river. WOW! Like the Spokane Valley facility, we had access to soup and salad in the Bistro along with complementary drink tickets (beer, wine, soda, etc.) Service was super good. Breakfast was good - again down in the Bistro area. Overall very happy with this location, facility and staff!

I traveled with my infant to visit family in Spokane. Although this hotel is further away than most, it's suite set up was worth driving 15 minutes to get to good ole Spoke-a-loo. Since my baby goes to sleep earlier than me, it was nice to put her in her crib in the bedroom, shut the bedroom door, and go on about my business in the other parts of the room. She never was awoken by noise from me in the other room.
The only downside is getting to the room with an infant. I was traveling alone, and really wished the staff had offered to help me with my bags. I went to the office to get help, but was told I could use a cart, but also told the cart was hard to manage. I ended up having to deploy my stroller, and make multiple trips back and forth to the car to unpack. Hard to do with a baby that's been in a car seat driving for 5 hours.

Downtown’s visitors find a bustling business and shopping core, half of which is designated a National Historic District. Nearby, the Spokane River flows through the 100-acre Riverfront Park and Spokane Center, legacies of the 1974 World’s Fair. This vibrant hub includes performing arts and convention venues. Across the river sits Gonzaga University, known for its famous graduate, Bing Crosby.
