The room was small, compact with everything you need. Mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. The bed was super comfy and breakfast was included at Rosie's, a block away. The staff at the hotel was so friendly and helpfull! The only downside was the train noise. I would stay again if I could pick a room opposite the train track area. Otherwise everything was great.

This is a great hotel. The steam plant restaurant that is a few blocks down has some amazing food and the restaurant itself is so historic and beautiful with the old steam plant factor implemented into it. Service was very nice. Interior was cozy and clean, exterior of the building looks okay, there was a couple pieces of trash in the parking lot

Great budget minded downtown location

Great location in the heart of downtown for the budget conscious traveler, close enough to walk to several great restaurant, clubs, comedy club, live music venues, and the riverfront park which is great. Parking was not free but off the street, easily accessible, and only $5. It is not your standard hotel. It appears to be an old downtown motel with exterior entrances, but don’t let that stop you. The building has been totally revitalized, and while the furniture has a few bumps and scratches, the room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was wonderful. Free breakfast is served up as vouchers for a local diner around the corner, Rosie’s. Best idea ever. Apply your voucher to eat from their main menu. The food is delicious! Service at both the hotel and diner were ON POINT! We will be back!

Close to downtown

The location of this hotel is good. Its close to everything. We enjoyed a lovely walk to the spokane falls during one of the most beautiful sunsets ive ever seen. The hotel is very old but everything has been redone in a very creative way. Cool artwork everywhere.
