I was surprised at how sketchy this part of town was, lots of questionable activity in the parking lot outside of room from non-guests. Our room had hair on the floor when we checked in and the place was generally run down.

Questionable reviews and ratings

I truly question the reviews of this hotel and believe they should be evaluated for fake listings. This is not a hotel - it is a motel; the beds were hard; there are ear plugs (fluorescent yellow commercial al grade) provided n each room because of the noise and the trains. The breakfast is actually at a restaurant down the street and the pix are very deceiving. The number of 10/10 reviews is definitely suspect and, again, leads me t believe these are fraudulent reviews. If this were ranked a 1 star motel then maybe the ey could be accurate but certainly not indicative of a 3 star business.

Smelly and parking cost

The rooms were ok but there was a terrible old musty smell. The tv was huge but the screen glowed all night. I had to pay $8 for parking as well. The breakfast however was very good

Awesome hotel breakfast was awesone

Flew into Spokane to start a two week road trip with my dog and the steam plant hotel was playing the jetsons on the walk outside. So cool. Also the staff was amazing. Great stay.
