The staff is friendly. And food was pretty decent.
But the hotel is old. There was a elevator one rooms away and all night I swear it sounded like it was coming through the ceiling. Now in all fairness the staff when asking about type of room we wanted did say it was a little loud. but wow. Also the only other thing was there wasn't much water pressure or hot water not sure why but it wasnt very hot and seemed to be having hard time getting water. other then that fun time and Starbucks is one block away.

Helpful staff, charming hotel. I had a peaceful stay, This place is recommended if you want to get good rest away from the crowd at night., but still be close to all of the other venues. I did not have to worry about the smell of smoke that you get when staying at some of the larger hotels in Reno. The room service food was delicious. The indoor pool is beautiful. Stayed with my kids and family, the walls are thick so had no complaints. The room was cozy and warm at night. Best sleep I have had in a long time!

We went to see a boxing fight on Friday night and the price of the hotel at the time was very reasonable. We got to eat a quick bite Friday at Quiznos and the staff was very pleasant and the service was fast and delicious. The following morning we had breakfast at Hash and go restaurant and i must say the food and service was great and the price was right for the amount of food you get. Definitely recommend this to friends and family.
