Room was reasonable except AC did not function well making it very hot and stuffy making for a very poor night sleep.
Oh and the cleaners left used towels hanging on the bathroom door!
Other than that OK given central location and reasonable quiet on 21 floor.

You feel like you have walked back in time when you enter. Beautiful decor, room was clean and spacious. No plastic cups here (glasses are glass). Great stay! Reno needs to do something about the street people though. No fault of the hotel ( Reno city problem ).

Perfectly comfortable staying as single lady. Went to a show, had amazing steak dinner, enjoyed the sun deck while studying, and of course tried my luck at the slots. Easy to use hotel shuttle and cab to get around

"Great location, decent room, decent pricing! Will stay again!"
Great location... We got a King Bed with Jacuzzi in room... (Bigger than normal bath tub with jets). It was really nice, but the tub is outside of the actual bathroom... so it's kinda wierd if you're just trying to take a shower... but overall was a pretty cool room. Came with a refridgerator and mircrowave... great for the price we paid =)
