The facilities are in decent condition, considering the age of the building. It looks like they're in the middle of some upgrades. The slots were pretty tight, but my cocktail server was very nice and attentive and the room was clean. Good pillows too. The price was excellent and overall I was very happy with my stay.

We were in Reno to attend a wedding. We were very happy with our accommodations. The only time the casino got lively was on the weekend, otherwise, it was pretty much dead. For some strange reason, the coffee machine in our room would not work, we went through five of them but housekeeping kept trying to please us and finally brought a new one. We had no issues. Keep in mind it is an old property.

desk staff was friendly and helpful. security staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for places to eat. cleaning staff came in while we were still there without knocking but we did not have the do not disturb sign on the door. over all good stay. We missed the brunch you should think about bringing that back.

We were stuck in the sky tower for 3 nights with intermittent working escalators, confusing detours around the moon working escalators, and only 2 out of 6 elevators working at any one time. Since there was the street vibrations event, as well as a martial arts convention going on it was hell.
