Much of the SkyTower (where my room was located) seemed to be under construction. I spent nearly an hour trying to return to my room after going down to reception. I was told access to my room required traversing the casino area, finding an escalator going upwards and then walking along a long hallway to elevators which would take me to my floor. When staff could be found in the chaotic casino area they were unhelpful -bordering on hostile. After navigating several escalators which turned out not to be the one leading me to eventually find my room, I found the escalator that would lead me there (that is, if it was operational, and if the staff members standing at the foot of the stationary escalator did not prevent me from walking up the disabled escalator. His only 'help' was to tell me to return to the registration desk (an impossible task for anyone without intricate knowledge of the layout of this place which, judging by the absence of any signs indicating an exit, much less indicating the route to the Sky Tower and the prevalence of signs were designed solely to direct people to any number of locations where they could spend money. Heaven help anybody who might want to lay down on the hotel bed that they'd paid for. The sole decent and helpful staff member (out of a dozen or so) was a young, hefty African-American male who staffed the concierge desk on the immediate left as you enter the glass doors leading to the registration desk. Kudos to this man!

The facilities are in decent condition, considering the age of the building. It looks like they're in the middle of some upgrades. The slots were pretty tight, but my cocktail server was very nice and attentive and the room was clean. Good pillows too. The price was excellent and overall I was very happy with my stay.

We were in Reno to attend a wedding. We were very happy with our accommodations. The only time the casino got lively was on the weekend, otherwise, it was pretty much dead. For some strange reason, the coffee machine in our room would not work, we went through five of them but housekeeping kept trying to please us and finally brought a new one. We had no issues. Keep in mind it is an old property.

desk staff was friendly and helpful. security staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for places to eat. cleaning staff came in while we were still there without knocking but we did not have the do not disturb sign on the door. over all good stay. We missed the brunch you should think about bringing that back.

Staff was nice. Hotel is dated and it feels like you’re having to walk through a maze to get to the arcade and the parking lot. There is no safe in the room, not even a pen or notepad.
