The staff was very kind and professional. My room was everything I thought it would be and it was very clean. The housekeepers were prompt in filling my requests for different items that were needed in my room. Overall I enjoyed my stay and had a great time would recommend it to anybody.

It's always a pleasure to stay at J Resort. I enjoy the clean filtered air inside the property (with the occasional exception of 'weed' odor in the elevator, or hallway, but it's hard to find a place anywhere these days without it. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are quiet and spacious. Restaurants very good too

Pleasantly surprised. Ate a meal at Hanna‘s Table and it was excellent. Afterglow, the lounge, had a fantastic cover band. Overall, for the price, would definitely stay again. Clean, nice location, worth it.

Pre-registered and was initially told we'd have to wait for the email when checking in early, but that was worked out although that seemed silly. Human hair piled in our hall all the first day. Restaurant and grab-and-go not open 24 hours.

We like the J Resort but it is a little bit out on it's own. The rooms are nice and clean. The pool is usually nice but requires a bit of a walk. This visit there was construction happening right next to the pool so it was difficult to relax and enjoy. We will stay there again though.

The J Resort is always a great experience. It is super clean and the rooms have been rennovated since it took over The Sands. I really like the prices of the rooms. I recommend it to anyone going to Reno.

Unsettling Welcome

The desk agent checking us in had zero personality. Pretty much a huge deterrent. Room booked was to be a Mountain View which was not received. Unfortunately there are no electrical outlets by the bed prohibiting the use of a cpap.
