Not bad, the casino stinks

Room was comfortable, but the bed was too soft killing my back. Getting to the elevators made us go though the smokey infested casino. It stinks to bad

Great stay

Easy to check in. Comfortable hotel and updated interiors . A great environment for kids , grand parents , solo travelers with easy accces to explore the rest of Reno from . Front staff staff in evening lacked training and needed assistance a limited courtesy , is so much different than the down to earth morning staff .
