Poor housekeeping and overall unimpressive

For a brand new hotel I expected better. The toilet had hair and toilet paper in it when we arrived, tons of dust everywhere (on phone, remote, surfaces), and food leftover in drawers. Truly this was the most disappointing in cleanliness I have ever experienced in a hotel. Everything else was basic/standard upon arrival. There are far better options in Reno for comparable prices.

The toilets were so loud. When other rooms flushed the toilet in the middle of night should like a jet engine taking off. People/kids run up and down the halls all hours of the night. Didn’t get any sleep.

The place is well thought out. It’s very clean. The staff seem very nice. The only problem that we had was that the breakfast menu needs a bit of work, but with the help of a good chef and manager, it will happen. We will definitely go back.

It has a modern day finish to it. The hallways are clean and does not smell. The room was quite nice with refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable and had good linens. The bathroom was clean and spacious. I like that the furniture and faucets were modern. I would definitely go back there. The only negative remark would be the noise coming from the air conditioning system.

Service from staff was uniformly excellent. Room (Cedar tower) was like new, very attractive, quiet, and comfortable. The only thing I would have liked was an alarm clock. There was a mini fridge and coffee maker. Shuttle to airport was right on time. Buffet was a disappointment, though probably worthwhile if you are there for the crab legs, as most were. Most of the rest was not fresh. I'd try the steakhouse next time
