The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Since the hotel is connected with others in the area, there are plenty of dining and casino options within easy reach. Unfortunately, the biggest issue remains the elevators. This has been a recurring problem — during our last stay, only two were working, leading to wait times of up to 30 minutes. We've reported this more than once, but the issue still hasn't been addressed. It really takes away from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

We stayed on floor 21 and trying to get the elevator to go downstairs was horrible. Not all the elevators were working. There were wait times of 15 to 20 minutes due to the elevators that were working being so full. I also had dinner at Ramsay's Kitchen. My wifes meal was fine but I ordered the Every Sunday Roast (prime rib medium rare) it was the most chewy prime rib cut I ever had. I did mention it to the server but nothing came of it.

Anytime we are passing through Reno, we stay here! We love the big tubs in the king suites for a nice soak after being on the road for several hours for our roadtrips. The Row has plenty of food options as well, with just about anything you could possibly want. It's always lovely. Only sad moment from this trip was the hotel room alarm clock was somehow set to 5am and that was a very rude awakening this morning! Oh well.

Everything was great except the fact that they only had like 2 elevators working and the wait time was 15-20 mins. There were lines everytime you wanted to get on an elevator and they were always packed. If the elevators aren’t going to be working, at least the stairs should be open for guest to use. That’s my only complain other than that it was a great experience.

Checking in was very time consuming, many of the self check in kiosks were not working. Something was wrong with the elevators 20+ minute wait multiple times, both morning and afternoon. The room was very nice and clean
