Perfect stay! Great location. Clean.

Great location!

We were put into a room that we did not book. We booked a King suite and we were put into a double bed suite. We agreed to stay there as the staff told us we would get the difference in our stay back to our credit card, that has been 3 weeks and we still have not received a credit!

Walls are paper thin, so it was very noisy. A coffee pot and coffee were included, but no cups. Also no cups in the bathroom. Wastebasket under the desk still had trash in it when we first entered the room. We were told one price for parking, but then a higher price was charged to our card. The breakfast was okay, but not exceptional.

The room was very well laid out, bed comfortable! Staff was outstanding, very helpful from the moment we pulled up to the door! We arrived early due to a conference and they kept our luggage until our room was ready and when we checked out…conference not being over until the afternoon! Enjoyed the bar…food and drinks all very good in a relaxing area. A little walk to convention center mostly due to construction but definitely doable.

TV didn't have picture, AC rattled all night, mattress decent, sheets pilled and kinda rough. Breakfast was good.
