We were not told they are under major renovations, parking garage was not available, had to pay for valet parking, our room was not available for check in, waited over an hour and our room was still not available, settled for a different room, restaurant in the hotel was way over priced for the quality of food, pool was misrepresented and couldnt even use it due to the hotel being at full capacity, the toilet looked like an after thought of placement with the handle being under the vanity, would only flush if you pulled up on the handle, bathroom door would not shut and would get wedged closed of you tried and was damaged, double bed room with only enough towels and wash clothes for one person, the tv remote was so worn out you could only change channels going down, went to check out and the valet service to get your car took over 30 minutes. What a disaster this hotel is. Will never use Sheraton again, dont go here. We could have recieved this kind of experience anywhere and with alot less money. Spent extra for parking, wasnt going to eat at the hotel so spent more waiting for our room and couldnt leave easily due to the valet service being over whelmed, people screaming in the hall way at 3am. We would have been better off sleeping in our car. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Dont go here

The room was comfortable for our stay. Unfortunately, there were no king bed rooms available when we arrived even though that’s what we booked. Suhaib at the front desk was accommodating and provided us a breakfast voucher which was appreciated.

The hotel was great!! The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was very friendly. Our room was clean, pretty spacious, and had a nice view! The amenities were great too, especially the rooftop pool, which was thee place to hang out whenever we had free time. I also really enjoyed the breakfast offered in the café. The biscuits and gravy were a favorite! The location was perfect, right by everything, and I felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of the entire time. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service, this is the place to stay. I’ll absolutely be back!

The Sheraton is having some repair or renovation work done so there were large metal pipes that make tge libby area very dark and it feels cramped our bedroom was grat. Thw beds comfortable. There was some noise at night from revving cars. Overall the room was comfortable

Everything is dirty. All the furniture is falling apart and the lack of a comforter is just odd. The hotel is in desperate need of attention and new carpeting and fixtures. I wouldn’t let my daughter touch the floor. It was too dirty.

The hotel was overbooked with lots of rooms with over capacity per room with kids. It was very loud with vomit in the elevator. They had to break up a party on the 11th floor twice after midnight because they couldn’t safely control the hotel. The pool was overloaded with lots of kids diving in the pool. Trash all over… never again!
