We enjoyed all the amenities from the festive pool and patio, to the wine bar, and Starbucks to start our day! Convenient location too!

That was my only complain, really. They had someone come up and clean the bathroom fairly soon, but it was a disappointment to see a dirty toilet upon entering the room.

Booked our room for one king bed and when we got there, there were 2 double beds...not that big of a deal, but not what I asked for. Parking is extremely limited on the street - you basically have to valet and it's kinda pricey per night...it would have been nice if the parking situation was disclosed. I also had a friend meeting me and since they charge the valet to the room, their valet was charged to mine as well...again, not a huge deal, but definitely not ideal. Checkout was at noon on Sunday and housekeeping was knocking on the door trying to get in at 9:30 am, again at 10:45 am, and then again at 11:30 am. I understand the rooms need to be cleaned, but we hadn't even gotten up yet after a night out. Had there been a do not disturb sign, I would have promptly hung it. After one knock they were trying to get in. The room was nice and clean, and the location can't be beat! I would recommend this hotel, but provide all of the details full disclosure.

The staff was amazing. They couldn't of been more friendly or helpful. The hotel was spotless!! But the hotel is definitely in need for a make over. Especially the carpets.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel!! Traveled to Fort Worth to watch Arkansas whip TCU and stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel and staff were great! Rooms were clean, safe area, and the free breakfast was spectacular!

Was here for a Board meeting and larger group meeting. Had breakfast in the restaurant --- wonderful buffet! Great service for the Board -- great facilities with tech that worked! Buffet meal in the evening with great Texas cuisine... Walked around the hotel --- nice shopping and quaint surroundings so able to "get away" and still get business done... overall great experience...

Little awkward to get to but worth it. Quiet and efficient

Loved the stay, but front desk was rude, barely acknowledged us when we walked up- answered the phone while checking us in- seemed to be work related as she was accounting for the hotels census through the next week. Made us stand and wait for 5 minutes while she completed the call.
